When shopping for a vehicle super service
When shopping for a vehicle, price is important. However I went for an assured purchase on the basis of a great retailer. I do not regret it for a moment. The prep that Tim did on my 3-year old car was amazing. It felt like I was getting a brand new car, down to the retailers hard work, getting the car ready. Worth the extra cost involved, in going to a top end garage.

Amazing experience
Customer service was great! Amar was the sales executive dealing with my car and exceeded expectations, car was turned around within 2 days and ready to collect! Dylan also worked closely with Amar to get this sorted for me. 5 stars for both

I truly appreciate your proactive approach to my customer service. I hadn’t received any other contact from Porsche or my previous service centre about the need to update my Macan EV software. Abdul managed the booking process flawlessly, and Jazz kept me fully informed on the day, which was fantastic. The only slight downside was the 60-minute journey to Leicester from my home. Consequently, I needed a courtesy car, and it’s important to book this well in advance. However, it was worth the wait, as it was another Porsche! Thank you all; I’ll definitely be returning and will use the longer journey to fully enjoy my brilliant car!

Jaz handled my warranty repair with exceptional speed and professionalism. She kept me updated throughout, the work was completed far quicker than I expected, and the car was returned in perfect condition. It’s rare to find a dealership that makes the whole process this smooth. Really impressed with their service.

Really excellent service from start to finish, reception staff really welcoming and nothing too much trouble. Service advisor kept me updated throughout and when there was a unforeseen delay, kept me updated and that gave me confidence the issue would be resolved which it was

First visit to Porsche Leicester
This was our first visit to Porsche Leicester and it was clear from the time of our arrival to departure that they have a great team. Efficient and very helpful. We will definitely go back when the next service is due. We also love the cafes and shops In Leicester town centre a short taxi ride away whilst the car is being worked on.
