The service received from start to finish was great. From the initial phone call to the service and sign off. Each member of the team were great.

The service on my Porsche was carried out by Porsche Silverstone, managed by George Snelus.

The experience was very positive, George was extremely helpful in ensuring all my points were looked at during the car being on-site. The work on the car was completed quickly and ready for me to collect within a couple of days.

I would definitely recommend using the Porsche Silverstone dealership and will be returning with my car for its next service.

A shout out for the coffee - it was what I would say a proper cup of coffee better than what is made in any of the local High Street establishments!!

Jack Giles (and Dillon) were fantastic! My car had broken down and although they had the challenge of finding the fault, and still getting booked in customers cars serviced, Jack emailed me everyday with a report of how things were going (my preferred method of communication). He checked everything and got the car back as quickly as possible for me. Super service! Thank you so much Jack

The only feedback I have is that I did select the car to be cleaned and also it was down for a health check. The car wasn't cleaned and I don't believe the health check was carried out.

My car is only 14 months old. I tried to get this recall service done 4 months ago. My courtesy car was cancelled at 8am on the morning of the appointment in January. I was told that Porsche Silverstone didnt have any cars they could loan me. The next available appointment with a car was some 4 months later.
The original appointment I has to wait 2 months

from the initial call to the handover the service i received from Oli was fantastic. the help and guidance on doing the spec for the car was very helpful and his knowledge was comforting when making decisions.

everyone i spoke to at Silverstone Porsche was polite and friendly and i couldn't recommend them enough.

i was cautious about buying a car further a field when Bournemouth is my local dealer but the service has been incredible and when i buy my next Porsche it will be through Silverstone.
