Sytner Leicester 5*
I have been to this Sytner Leicester branch for over 8 years now always taking my vehicles there for all works as the branch is professional and work is carried out at high standards. The hospitality is very friendly and warm. Lisa who was in charge of my vehicle kept me updated of progress periodically.

Great service from start to finish. Car came in for an airbag replacement, and the communication was very good.
Included a complimentary vehicle check and clean.

Always excellent customer service and a competent and professional team. My mini always looks brand new when I leave and I can rely on a first class technical service as well. BMW X5 alignment (KDS)
Had an alignment issue particularly with a slightly off centre steering wheel on my bmw after an independent tyre shop carried out their alignment from the fitting of 4 new tyres. My car went to bmw Sytner Leicester and effectively was put right perfectly, due to superior KDS and scanning software and I’m now happy and reassured. The whole experience is polished from the moment you drop your keys off to the moment you’re given your keys back having had a full road test to check their work. Yes it’s more expensive than the independent I initially used. More than twice as much actually. For that it’s one star off…. But on this occasion I’m happy. The independent couldn’t get it right, perhaps even caused issues. The BMW dealer properly sorted it with correct software and procedures so this time happy to pay the premium. At the end of the day BMW create the reality that their dealer network know their cars better than independents.

Bodywork Repair
My vehicle needed repair after a no fault rear end collision. Two months on and the third party insurers had not engaged with my insurers and I cannot say that communication was forthcoming from them. Frustrating! The Sytner team were very good in talking me through the process and keeping me informed, and the repair was completed to a high standard.

Great team at Sydney Leicester
Great team at Sytner Leicester. Lesley in the Booking Team did so much to accommodate the service date I needed & then went over & above to arrange for me to leave my car on site ahead of the service, so helpful.
On the day of service Rob handled all communications, he kept me informed throughout the day & then met me on collection. He also handled an extra query we had on another car, just super helpful, professional and great to deal with.

Simran Jassal my contact was excellent once she made contact with me, which was about twenty minutes after my arrival; when I arrived the person managing the queue did not make contact with me and I had to seek out somebody else and we left the key in the car. I then went and got on with my work. The lack of people around contrasted with how many different people contacted me by text what’s app etc.the day before, All had different times for my appointment which was made in July.

Service, Above & Beyond
I brought my car in for a new air conditioning unit, under my extended warranty with another dealer. The dealer took nearly four weeks to make a decision, but Rob Murkett looked after me really well and kept me updated each day.

The service experience was well organised with helpful staff. We waited for the car in the comfortable and well equipped reception area with plentiful coffee and snacks. We were kept well informed throughout. Excellent customer service.
