I was there early and was seen on time by Tracy who explained the service and how long it was expected to take. I was very happy it was done within the time and also the precautionary notes about what needs attention in the future. So I was very happy with the service that I received

I experienced excellent service from BMW Synter Luton. I received a polite welcome and I dealt with Graham in the Service department who ensured everything went smoothly, which I appreciated.

I took my car in to get a recall rectified on my car, took the day of work, when I was told my car was ready to collect I turned up to be told a list of things that needed doing on the car, when the car passed its mot the previous month. I was then told they tried to program the car twice for the recall and it failed, and its £159 to find out the fault. for a recall that's not my doing.. will be going stevenage from now on.

Well where do i start with this company . I brought my car in may off Jamil a BMW series 4 , he said it would all be stage 1 polished guard x and look brand new , also a small dent would be removed from a door. I returned to pick the car up and immediately noticed the car actually looked grubby so i questioned if they were happy with the presentation , they asked why? I then bent down to wipe all the brake dust that was still on the wheels and questioned them again, they took the car round the back and cleaned the wheels( still dirty). Then i noticed the dent/ chip which they had just done with stone chip touch up and looked terrible! So i had to bring it back for them to paint the door, throughout this time their attitude was poor.
I returned to pick the car up and just looked at Jamil and the paint guy and asked " are you seriously giving the car back like that"? White paint dust all over the trims inside the door sills i was totally shocked. Further shock when the mechanic said "what did you expect us to clean it"!!! Yes i did!
I took the car then took it to get ceramic coated , they told me the bodywork was terribke not polished no guard x or any other coatings had been applied so they lied to me about that! A couple of weeks later i noticed the car pulling a bit on the steering , i checked the tyre and it looked worn. I returned it and Jamil said it had been checked the tyre was fine and the steering fine. A few weeks later i get a recall for a new starter motor and a free health check.
The health checked picked up worn front tyre and tracking issues,well well so was my car even checked on last visit????
Worn pads and more tyres barely legal . I spoke to Darnell and explained i want the tyre and tracking done at no cost to me as it was obviously sold like this. That was 2 weeks ago , i have called several times since with promises of call backs and am still waiting!!!! Date today 17th oct. They are willing to let me drive a car with tracking and tyre problems absolutely disgusting the service is terrible. They couldnt even get the milage correct on the report out by 8k miles!! So please ring me to get these issues sorted!!@

The check in was prompt and I was able to discuss the work that was needed to be done for a major service..the wait was made easy by a relaxing environment with drinks on offer ..staff were available if you needed to ask any questions.The car was presented in excellent condition on collection..was washed and vacuum .in all my personal customer service rep was excellent in explaining the work done and any further work that needed to be done in near future

I have used Sytner BMW MINI Luton service since 2019, when it was still Specialist Cars and this year 2026 bought a new MINI from them as well.
