when a repair needs doing dont take car out of workshop, wash and drive out to the front of building and 45 mins later then ask if you would like the repair done. I know a different person may do the repair but after 3 hours 15 mins time and efficiency is paramount.

Poor service and a dismissive attitude
I bought a brand new BMW iX3 from BMW Stevenage. It arrived with defective budget tyres, and with under 8 miles on the clock it was already pulling to the side at 60mph.
I messaged the dealer and was told they take no responsibility. They said it was a BMW manufacturing issue and nothing to do with them (like somehow they don’t wear BMW batch on their uniform!) I was also told they've seen other brand new IX3s with less than 1mm of usable tread on them and they would still sell them. Their advice was to book the car in somewhere and have it checked myself, 2 days after delivery!
The car then went to Sytner Shrewsbury for diagnosis. They did a quick drive, said it "it felt fine" and checked nothing else. No alignment check, no measurements.
I then bought four branded tyres myself, and the problem went away completely. That's what the dealer should have found and fixed.
Poor service and a dismissive attitude from start to finish. For a £60,000 car, this is unacceptable, and I won't be buying from the BMW brand again.

They will try to chase up the tyre manufacturer for the analysis report requested a few months ago following all 4 tyres reported as failures during a health check on car at 8K miles.
I also requested a quote to repair damaged door mirror on my 120 and was shocked to be told it would be approx 750 pounds.

Very poor service
Very poor service, received a letter about a recall, called the service department to book the car in to have it done, I was told that you can wait or leave the car all day, if it’s reasonably quick I’ll wait while this recall gets done. And I was given a date that was not suitable, can we look to get this done on a Friday morning, we “we don’t do waiting’s” on Fridays. Ok so the other option is a cutesy car, and I’ll leave you the call all day. We don’t have any curtesy cars till the 14th of November. So I have a letter for a recall but not able to use the nearest centre to get this done. If you are unlucky enough to need the service department for a recall at Sytner Stevenage. Perhaps avoid it as it’s not the best option where to take your car to fix a recall issue. Now I’m left having to ring around to find the next centre. I’ll make sure it’s not Stevenage BMW. Ironic that you try to do the right thing and you get stifled by very poor customer service.
