Amir was really helpful in every way as it was difficult deal with my old car, finance team were great as well and very helpful on everything. Never had BMW before always been to Audi for last 10 years but will certainly be going back to BMW in future. Love my new car very happy with it and the service that Amir gave me.

A Smooth and Professional Experience
My first trip to Tring for a service and I remain a very satisfied customer. From booking the waiting appointment on the BMW App to driving my vehicle away everything went professionally and smoothly. Callum looked after me very well as my contact onsite. Couldn’t ask for more.

Brilliant Service Dept. Terrible Sales.
From a service point of view I can’t fail them. Samuel Gray is a credit to the business and worked tirelessly for a positive outcome for me and whilst it took 3 weeks to sort the repair, Sam was in regular contact.
From a sales point of view and Sytner Group in general the experience is dire and I will do all I can to avoid buying a vehicle or extended warranty from this company ever again.

Would recommend Nathan on the Bodyshop team!
Nathan on the Bodyshop team was absolutely amazing. Quick responses on email, on phone and in person where he walked me through all the available options and explained in great detail the process of the repair and what was needed. The whole team did a great job on the actual repair and the service was great but I would highly recommend Nathan as the guy to go to for anything bodyshop related.

After puncturing two tyres on local potholes, Atif took exceptional care of us. He liaised with the tyre insurance company and sent over all the evidences in a very timely manner to ensure that my car was back on the road in less than 24 hours.

I have a lovely Mini!
I have a lovely Mini which had its first service and given a clean as well, during which time I was given a coffee and biscuits! I am very proud of my Mini so I couldn’t have taken it to a better dealer, they did a stunning job!!!

Truly happy and a really good experience
I had an excellent experience with the team at MINI Sytner Tring. From my first call speaking to Sam to dealing with Lloyd whilst they had our car, the service was absolutely outstanding.
The communication was fantastic throughout — everything was explained clearly and in detail, so I always felt fully informed about what was happening with our car. It’s really refreshing to deal with a team that takes the time to make sure customers understand everything.
The level of professionalism and care was obvious, and it’s clear that customer service is a real priority for them. Everyone I dealt with was genuinely lovely, approachable, and happy to help with any questions.
Overall, it was a brilliant experience and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending MINI Sytner Tring.
