I genuinely feel he wanted me to make the right decision on the model I chose. He also found and delivered the car I wanted within 2 weeks.

When I booked I didn’t say I wanted to wait for my car to be serviced. Sytner moved my service forward and the service was completed within the time frame. The receptionist warmly welcomed me and took me to the service reception person. I was made to feel a valued customer.

Great service but exorbitant price for a wing mirror glass. The price is particularly galling as it is due to the most dangerous “safety” aids fitted to a car, the overtaking warning light. What happens when the light fails? Thwack!!!

In summary I am more than happy to award a solid 5* recommendation - and urge anyone considering buying the ultimate driving machine you must make the journey and meet the team and meet Hertfordshire's (and beyond) premier BMW dealership.
If you are looking for amazing customer service with a warm family feel... do not go anywhere else. I am a long term repeat customer who has been so impressed with how the team at Tring make you feel right at home.
When entering the dealership the professional, courteous and efficient reception team give a warm front of house welcome, supported by what I can only describe as an awesome sales, service and finance cadre.
I would like to highlight and commend the supreme skill, knowledge and effort evidenced by Steve Gonzalez, Jason Tack, Scott McIvor.. who with experienced and specialist oversight by Louise Hill to ensure cost effective solutions to the challenges of putting together what was on first view a complicated deal together for 3 new vehicles for my son, father in law and myself.
I want to emphasise the forensic attention to detail in keeping me up to date with developments, delivery schedules... then being completely blown away by the vehicle preparation by the workshop and valeting team who were able to prepare my new car in what I described at the time as eye watering concourse level perfection.
The vehicle handover was nothing short or amazing clearly Steve, Jason and Scott had paid close attention to subtly collect details during the sales process to personalise the experience involving some elements of which that went far beyond my expectations and far, far exceeded experiences of other lesser dealerships encountered previously.
