Good customer service.
Booking the service was straightforward and the service advisor kept me fully informed as to the cars' health check and when the car was ready for collection.
Happy to accommodate my changed requirements for car drop off and collection times. Car sparkled, following its complimentary wash and vacuum.

Don't use the MyBmw app to book a service
I booked the service online using the MyBmw app. I received a confirmation email. When I arrived at reception they had no trace of the booking. Although the service was carried out, it was at the end of the day. You had the car for over 7 hours to carry out a half an hour oil change .

Straightforward MOT while I waited - nothing more, nothing less. Tom his usual self: efficient, cheerful and helpful. Complimentary wash appreciated. Found the background music mildly intrusive - would prefer Classic FM to Radio 1 (?) on the speakers but I suppose you're aiming for a young, 'with-it' ambience.

Exemplary Service from Sytner BMW Worcester
Bought my car from Sytner Worcester two years ago before moving locally. I received excellent service at the time and again on 14th August when I booked in for this year’s inspection/MOT. Everything was as I expect. From the moment I was greeted by the lady at reception to the moment I drove away in a car now hand-washed and waxed, all the staff were friendly, helpful and professional. My Service agent Ash went the extra mile to make sure everything was done properly and Richard in Sales updated me on the current appraisal on my car. Well done Sytner Worcester.

Booked in online , left car there in the morning, they send a video report though pm it was clear and precise , car collected later pm . There was also a tracking app to follow the cars progress. Tom was helpful and polite . Immaculate showrooms with complementary coffee etc

Our sales person was excellent a real customer focused problem solving sort of person This would have been a 5 star review except for your finance person who demonstrated a complete lack of empathy and made us feel like we were the supplier and he was the customer we decided to walk out as the proposals were totally unacceptable. Fortunately the salesperson was able to come back with in 24 hours with a much more sensible proposition, which enabled the sale to proceed.

The MOT etc were easy to book
The MOT etc were easy to book. Communications before the day good. On the days I was supported by Thomas Kelly who was friendly polite and respectful. He informed me about the whole process, what to expect and costs. Then when the work was complete I had received a comprehensive video and contacted to tell me my car was ready to collect. Easy, no fuss and no wondering what’s happening Thank you

Virtually impossible to get anyone on…
Virtually impossible to get anyone on the phone if i needed to call back to get a status update on my car service.
I am / was also in the market for a new vehicle as my car that was in for service is due to be returned next month. On two separate visits to the show room looking at both cars inside and out we didn't have a single salesperson or anyone for that matter ask if we needed help with an enquiry to look at a vehicle. I have happily taken ourselves elsewhere and have purchased a new vehicle today.
