Excellent service, everyone we met was very friendly. We were well looked after by Rion who was knowledgable and very helpful. Very pleased to buy my first Audi.

Had a service appointment booked and was seen to promptly at the agreed time. Excellent facilities and great customer service, especially from Anoop who was informative and kept in the loop with regular updates.

Anoop was excellent. Car came back immaculate and Anoop prioritised my visit.

The experience was good - with the car being returned clean and serviced in the time agreed. Stephen, my point of contact was great and very helpful, but somebody needs to look at the online tracker link to ensure it gives accurate readings!

I was hugely impressed, again, with the customer service at West London Audi. Reception greeted me in a warm and friendly manner and directed me to a table where I met with Nitesh, who kindly confirmed the work to be done and fully explained the process ahead including the free visual inspection and car wash at the end. He then directed me to the business centre for me to work whilst the work on my car was being done. Great coffee was provided, as always. Nitesh was very friendly and knowledgeable and he kept me fully updated on progress. Excellent service with a smile. All in all a wonderful experience. Thank you West London Audi.

Have spent a week trying to get in contact with Audi West London, made something like 20 calls, left messages, tried the WhatsApp call back system, exchanges SMS and got precisely nowhere. Meanwhile I am getting locked out of my Audi by a problem with the locking system - and that is a car I bought at considerable cost from Audi West London, not that they seem to care.

This has to rate as the most dysfunctional customer service I have ever encountered and a very compelling reason never to buy an Audi, at least not from this dealer.

David Reed at Audi West London/Sytner group was exceptional with his customer service when my car had to go in for a warranty recall. I would highly recommend David for his knowledge, experience, helpful and customer orientated approach if you are considering purchasing an Audi Car.
