My car just went in for a service. The whole process was clear of what was going to happen and how much!!! We agreed upon job and left the car; upon completion got notified and collected my car. It was my first time and went it smoothly.

Its always a pleasure to go to West London Audi. The staff are so incredibly helpful and kind and the premises are absolutely spotless and geared to giving the customer the best possible experience. It is reassuring to feel the car is being assessed and cared for by experts.

The service department experience was a bit rushed and impersonal, so I wouldn't rate that side of the business five stars. However, the sales department absolutely earns five stars, especially Isiah.
We came in for a service on our Q5 and to discuss a possible trade-in. Isiah was fantastic to work with, and thanks to his professionalism and customer care, we ended up purchasing a new Q6. We're very happy with the outcome and grateful for his help.

I gave 5 stars to everyone who dealt with me, from the minute I drove to the service gate until I collected my Audi. The staff who took my key to the receptionist and the adviser were very polite and explained in detail everything that needed to be done to my car. The supervisor who looked at my car kept me informed about the repair process, and everyone maintained the same attitude when I went to collect my car; sadly, I declined the repair because the price was too expensive for me. Thank you all staff at Audi Brentford.

Professional service in person but impossible to get through to services by phone. No ETA provided on the car, reception wasn’t picking up, services weren’t picking up. Thankfully sales could direct our query…for the price we’d expect transparent communication.
