Do not buy from Tailorhacks if you may need a refund!
Placed an order, which eventually arrived. Boots looked absolutely NOTHING like the image online.
Went through all the returns procedures eventually as they were very slow in giving me instructions, took photos as requested etc. Returned with proof of delivery. So 6 months later, they have the returned items and all my money, having promised repeatedly that a refund would complete within "2 weeks" as it takes that long to process.
I rarely buy online and when I do this sort of thing happens often. Beware!

I bought My cooler with PayPal thinking everything will be alright! But they sent out a cooler bag instead of a cooler that makes its own ice. I had to send the item back to them to receive a refund, still waiting it’s been 2 months now!

A scam, not a company. They don't even have a website and the back and forth e-mailing is ridiculous. I will be truly surprised if I ever get to see any of the $40 I paid for two pairs of shoes back.

ZERO STARS!! Do not order!! It has been LITERALLY 10 weeks since I ordered a pair of boots through their Instagram ad and I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THEM!!!!😡😡😡 I have written several times asking for a refund and they will not refund me or mail the boots! SUCH A SCAM BUSINESS!!!

JUST JUNK - bought a sweater. Paid 55 for it.
Could buy a better quality sweater in Canada for 10 dollars

I have been waiting since December for my refund. They said that something was wrong with my PayPal account and could only offer store credit. They are a bunch of liars. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!! I have already sent the cheap boots back, and don't expect to see my money. I am contacting the BBB. I saw them on an Instagram ad and ordered. Bad idea!!

Literally the cheapest shoes ever made. They are plastic and some version of rubber. I couldn’t even resale the shoes at a yardsale and they were never worn. DO NOT purchase anything from this company.

Boots sent to me were nothing like the picture in their ad (seen on Instagram). Very shoddily made and cheap looking. The “wooden” bottom of the boot is really a wood grain sticker. Cheap Chinese ripoff.

EVERYONE CONTACT THE BBB!!! They’re working on my case against these thieves and will work on yours! More cases filed against them will shut them down. It’s been 2 1/2 months of the runaround about my refund. Please do it! Takes 5 minutes online, super easy. Let’s put these guys under.

I will report them to the police and better business bureau if they do not respond back to me immediately I will not stop emailing!! It is in there best interest to refund my money immediately!!!

I ordered shoes over 2 weeks ago, reached out with several emails and have heard nothing.

This is the worst apparel company every. Boots are not anything like they are advertised. I have been put off and delayed when asked for a refund, was told that I would receive it in 20 days. It's been more than 30 now and have not received a thing. I cannot believe this company is able to operate. Contacting the BBB.

Total scam, the shoes are nothing like was is advertised, they are poorly made, the materials are junk. The products are made cheaply in China and it's impossible to get a refund or get any real human to reply. I sent the shoes back and still have not received a refund, they are ignoring me, igoring BBB, and I'm looking into legal action to try to put a stop to this horrid company.

A scam I fell through like a stupid compulsive shopper. Lesson learned. Cheap boots that don’t look at all as in the picture. It took forever to arrive. The reviews on their website are very good, I bet they will not post the negative one I just left. Don’t shop there. Don’t shop anywhere if you don’t know the source.

Terrible experience - bought 2 pairs of shoes for Christmas; although it was a lengthy wait they did arrive before Christmas. However, they were hideous. Did not even remotely look like the style advertised. Contacted Tailorhacks about return, made an arrangement (their offer btw) to get 1/2 my money refunded & keep the awful shoes; returning to them (in China) would have cost more than the $75 USD I paid! The partial refund would have been a moderately decent scenario, but after 30 days (they dictated 10-25 day wait time) I STILL have not received the refund & now can get NO response to the messages I send, although I know they're being read (using FB Messenger). Don't waste your money

Not as Advertised!!
I purchased a pair of ankle boots. They claimed to be leather, aged, and the pictures looked fantastic.
I got the boots and they were plastic, cheap and smelled so strong of synthetics...my daughter had a reaction to the smell.
I tried to return them and they offered me a $9.00 credit. I was told the shipping was too expensive for me.
This is the second company from China to use this excuse with me regarding returns. It seems to be a formula to use to avoid us North Americans from getting proper return value for our purchases.
I am filing a claim with Anti Fraud Canada. the toll free number for them is 1-888-495-8501
We have to take a stand against these companies. We want to save money where we can...but I have learned my lesson. I will no longer support these places with my hard earned dollars. Its North America ONLY for me.

I ordered at thanksgiving a pair of boots. I didn’t receive them until after New Years. They were a totally different boot, wrong color, made out of fake everything and to small!I had to pay for my own shipping and send to a man named Jimmy inos Angeles. They said they would refund me ASAP. Then I got an email that it would take around 10 days. This company is a hoax and they use photos of another boot brand and make horrible replicas that look nothing like the photo. This company should be out of business. Do Not order From this company!

I ordered 2 pair of boots on Thanksgiving Day that from the email I received should have arrived by Christmas...I didn't receive them until the 4th of January. That was only the beginning of how bad Tailorhacks is. The boots look NOTHING like the pictured boots. The leather (if you can call it that) was cheap and a horrible color and the heels were rubber and not wood like pictured. They make it next to impossible to return anything too. It will take a month to return it, I have to pay shipping and only IF they receive the merchandise will they refund the money. BAD BAD BAD!!!

Please dont waste your money on this company! Ask for a refund and they say return fee to ship back is high so therefore they would like me to keep and only want to refund me $20. False advertising.Boots aren't even same color when arriving.Size was way small even according to the chart. Awful they can get away with this. Should of done my homework since reveiws seem to all say the same.
