I wish I could give this company a zero rating as well. I ordered a pair of boots from their Instagram page. When the boots finally arrived, they were nothing as pictured on their page. The boots are made cheaply made ( I could have bought something from Forever 21 with better quality). I contacted the company via Facebook messenger to complain and request a refund. I was told that the "Lighting in the picture" made the boots look different than what I received and was offered a refund of half of what I purchased (which I have not received) or a gift certificate (to purchase more counterfeit products, no thanks). It's very upsetting how these types of companies get away with ripping people off. It's false advertisement and outright fraud. This company uses stock photos from other businesses and sell's bootleg products. Don't waste your time or money.

I wish I could give zero stars. It took way longer than advertised for my shoes to ship and the quality is HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!! Do not order!!!!!! Your better off flushing the money you will spend down the toilet.

I will never order from this company again and if you are reading this review neither should you. I finally received my boots I was very disappointed to open up and they were nothing like what I ordered it was an imitation of what I ordered. The boots feel and look plastic not the leather one as advertised. This company will never get another dollar from me. Selling look alike products.

Took a month and a half to receive boots that were unknowingly internationally from
Hong Kong. The customer service was terrible. The boots were complete junk compared to the pictures advertised. It costs a lot of money to return them and not even certain I’ll get a refund. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY and TIME! This company is a scam and a joke.

Tailorhacks.com is either a scam or a poorly ran company
Bought item on 30 Nov. Paid $30 for expedited shipping and it’s 18 December and still no item. They have no listed phone number to contact anyone but respond back by generic email that states the same thing each time. Tracking number using DHL wasn’t a valid number. I will be letting my credit card company deal with these people. I wouldn’t order from them again
