Taps Empire Avis 

I ordered a couple, hard to find, compression type tap inserts. Ordering was straightforward with despatch within 48hrs. I received the items and they were exactly what I needed. I would therefore recommend this business.

Twice I have shopped around for what I wanted and Taps Empire were on both occasions the cheapest price. The items arrived in a matter of days and are now proudly displayed in the shower and on the door. Excellent Service

Needed this item quickly but there was no option to pay extra for next day delivery which I would have preferred, but this was maybe because the item wasn't in stock?

There were no links provided with shipping references like you get with some companies so we did not really know when it would arrive. Order was delivered by Royal Mail parcels.

The website said 2-4 working days for delivery but it arrived after 2 so was quite happy with that in the end, but it would have been good to have had tracking information in order to know where the item was and expected delivery date.

I ordered a replacement mixer cartridge for a Grohe shower, in fairness it did arrive pretty quickly but unfortunately they sent the wrong part and then argued that it wasn’t their fault, and that it was mine. After several emails and copies of the order and photos of the parts going to and fro they eventually accepted the error and agreed to a refund. The part was returned back to them and they have now had it for almost one week and still no refund, they don’t even reply to emails. I can only assume they want me to go through the credit card company as I can’t see any other way of resolving the issue, safe to say, I won’t ever be using them again!

I would never buy from this supplier again. Goods arrived promptly and OK but family illness and resulting availability of plumber meant item not installed as originally planned. It was then discovered that the item was unsuitable for our location but as we were outside the 14 day returns period, they totally refused to accept any Return goods, despite our explaining valid reason why the install was delayed. Very poor Customer Relations
