Great service and a nice cuppa tea.
I normally have the every day brew which is very nice but have gone for the all day brew for a change. Not quite as strong but still good.
Just my experience, but I normally can't drink tea on an empty stomach as it makes me a bit queasy, but I don't get this with t pigs.

Had a mix of teas. Which I’m trying out. All so far have been as expected, delicious. Will be ordering again.

There’s much more flavour with teapigs, other teabags are just dust not real tea. They are a wee bit more expensive but the quality is so much better.

Teapigs tea is great, subscription is easy, and at a good price, the Chamomile and Manuka honey is superb, and the Mint tea is fantastic.

Bought some Tea Pigs Mao Feng green tea from a shop, got them home and 5 of the 15 bags were empty.
Found the email to contact customer service, got an auto reply saying its not monitored. Really?!
Found their socials, messaged, again, auto reply, not monitored. Really?!
Went onto the website. Found out to contact them I had to create an account. REALLY?!
So royally annoyed at this point, I did, out of frustration, contacted the customer service that way, and was given a £10 voucher to use on the website after answering some questions (batch no. Etc)
So overall my complaint has been dealt with well, but I shouldnt have to jump through so many hoops to contact customer service. The email should be monitored, otherwise, why put it on the box?!

Earlier this year I purchased the herbal tea 'calm'. They contacted me to say there was a problem with these bags. I found live insects crawling inside the bags. I sent a video, they then said they would replace them. 5 months later I am still waiting. I get no reply from customer service.

As a subscriber the transition to the new website has been a disaster. Regular orders not arriving. Payments being declined. Unable to access the account. When it works it works great. Otherwise it’s been a struggle.

Teapigs bags easily break when detaching label - Teapigs customer service ignore you

I love teapigs Super Fruit flavour and the 50pk is great value. Item arrived quickly and well packed. Great service and I regularly buy direct on their website.

I thought I would treat myself buying teapigs. The products are amazing. I bought the English breakfast, calm tea and the sleepy tea. There is a lot of taste in the products. I had a great night sleep after trying the sleepy tea.

Having waited for the extended time of my order due to changing I.T. systems my delivery was being undertaken by EVRI. I received the “delivered” message and raced down the stairs in anticipation. No parcel. Looked on their app and saw the parcel had been delivered to the wrong address. I managed to identify the address and retrieved the package(which was correctly addressed) Now enjoying a lovely cuppa

The Company is efficient, helpful, simply the best! Great Company.

Beware of fake reviews. Isn't it strange how a company can be equally rated as excellent and rubbish. Isn't it strange how many customers slate the fact that they can't contact them, but others miraculously seem to get through. Is this a customer competence problem? Is this the fact that tea pig's new ai customer response service discriminates against certain people? Or could it be that having deservedly found itself on the end of a appalling adverse publicity because very poor management decisions and equally poor remedial action, the company is now desperately creating reviews to try and restore their battered reputation. Just saying....

Wow really fast delivery and i could get all the ones i wanted on the website that i cant get in the shops

Providing my favourite teas in a loose form as I don’t use bags anymore has been great. Also quick delivery

I’m afraid Tea Pigs has ruined me for life. No other tea seems to compare. Friends, cafes restaurants all let me down.
Brews are delicious, service is amazing. Usually stock up when there’s an offer. To cap it all free gifts. What’s not yo love?? 😍

Usually very good. Lovely teas and eco packaging and parcels. First order error recently was quickly rectified and a voucher for future purchases included.

We have been buying teapigs for a good few years they have always delivered a great service and product, we would thoroughly recommend Teapigs.
