We first found Tea Pigs in a cafe in the New Forest years ago. We bought some flavours to take away with us, and found them online later. I couldn't live now without my daily fix of Jasmine Pearls! But there are others we love too: old favorites e.g. Calm and Silver Tips, and some new e.g. Chamomile Lullaby and Pumpkin Spiced Chai. The website is easy to navigate, to find out what the tea tastes like, and to order. Delivery took 2 days with Royal Mail. Very happy with the service.

Excellent. I will always buy their Calm, Sleep and Cleanse teas because they really work.
Their other teas especially the Liquorice and Peppermint are simply delicious.
I'll never be without!

They use EVRI to dump their orders at the buyers address. - nuff said about Teapigs.
Also it’s impossible to speak with a human. Every conversation is carried out by a bot which is useless.
Shame Teapigs let themselves down so badly by using an incompetent and ineffective so called delivery company. Their tea bags are good but maybe it’s time to look elsewhere for my tea

I have had nothing but trouble since the website was changed, lost all my details, all my subscription information and I had to set everything up again but that wasnt the end of it. My card, which I know is good, was rejected multiple times, suddenly it was accepted after I had given up and Tea appeared. I was offered £5 for my trouble, which didn't appear. If I didn't like the tea so much I would be off to another brand. I went from happy customer to really not happy. This went on for over a month and Customer service must have trouble with their email as no one bothered to respond to my mail.

When I place an order for 2 boxes of tea and it's despatched in two orders I don't expect to pay double delivery. Still waiting for my credit!

Changed my 2 weekly order to 4 weekly. Two weeks after the last order, another is dispatched to me, with no notice or option to delay (which used to happen).
When I pointed out the error I was told I would need to take the time to go to the PO to return it, despite me having already changed the frequency.
For a £10 order they have just lost a repeat customer.

This company is agile in response and prompt in delivery.
I like its ethical policies and have always enjoyed its products.
Customer service has been very helpful and knowledgable

I love tea pigs and signed up to a subscription however, get fed up with them always being out of stock and not getting my order. Surely stock levels should be managed to ensure subscriptions at the least can be fulfilled on time.

After me ordering several products I did not get the free accessories as advertised it is false advertising so will not be ordering anymore products!

Quality products without nasty filler chemicals, good delivery service. Order from them as shops don't sell the full range. Excellent range of decaf teas. I have chemical sensitivity causing Hives, so need to find teabags with out "Natural flavourings" which can be anything from natural derived flavours to chemicals completely made in a lab. Never had any reactions from their products.

I love Teapigs Darjeeling Earl Grey. Unfortunately my last order placed 3 weeks ago has not arrived and I have been continually fobbed off my poor customer service.

Would not recommend ordering direct.
