Tenpin Birmingham Star City lives inside the Star City leisure complex, just off the M6 and a few minutes from the city centre, Aston and Nechells — easy reach whether you’re driving in or hopping the bus. With 28 bowling lanes and fantastic lane light effects, we’re one of Birmingham’s biggest bowling spots. Plenty of room. Loud music. Pins that won’t know what hit them. And it’s not just bowling. The young staff on front cashier where rude, had no form of customer service, when pulled up on how they should be dealing with customers they continued to be rude, as a parent myself I was disgusted by the way the carry them self and going forward ten pin need to hire staff or people who actually enjoy doing there job,
and know how to speck with there customer.

Staff were really rude and had zero…
Staff were really rude and had zero customer service skills, bordering on mean. Girls on the counter had a really bad attitude when we checked in for our booking, we had to have a guy come and refill the tickets on one of the machines and it was like a huge inconvenience to him and he was huffing and puffing, so much so that we didn’t say anything when another one ran out or when our money was stuck in another machine. Whilst bowling a drink was spilled over so we went and got towels to clean it up, one of the cleaners came over and was muttering things under her breath. It’s supposed to be a fun family friendly place and that wasn’t the case at all, won’t be visiting again

Awful experience with unhelpful staff
We thought we would play pool as we arrived early. Paid for the table and the balls did not come out. I spoke to the 3 different people at reception over the course of 20 minutes and no-one came to resolve the issue.
We gave up and went to start our bowling for the hour, within 5 minutes there was an issue and we were waiting for 15 minutes for someone to fix it. We have paid for the offer of an hour plus food and wasted 15 minutes. We eventually spoke to the manager who said she would add 15 minutes onto the end but come 5pm when the hour was up, she had disappeared and no-one else could do anything so we left.

Great service and very convenient party…
Great service and very convenient party with Star City Tenpin. The place is clean and presentable, the staff are very helpful and accommodating but we were a bit disappointed with the birthday bag for the celebrant. The pin I thought will be a plain blank one for the guests to write on but it was already written on by Tenpin with a Happy Birthday, and the chocolate bar with the game voucher was not included in the bag so we contacted the customer service. Calling the customer service was a waste of time and they were not as impressive. Was able to resolve the issue when we visited the site 2 weeks later.

We orders food for 7:15 for it to come out 40 min late and very cold I did complain and they replace some of the food again but again it was cold
There we staff at the bar doing nothing and the kitchen was struggling I hardly played my second games as I was running around chasing food or complaining

We had to wait 15 mins over our time.Then the lane stopped working.So was moved to another lane .And it stopped working again so had to wait for someone to come and fix issue.
