Great experience booking 2 bowling games for my son and his friends. They all had so much fun. The members of staff was helpful when the bumpers didn’t go up. The Tuesday offers are excellent also

Customer service lacking (staff did not…
Customer service lacking (staff did not seem interested), many beers not on tap and the toilets were is a filthy state. For the prices being charges (£130+ for 7 people bowling) it felt like a rip off. I am happy to pay a premiun when a premium experience is given, but this was far from.

Good Experience, but Customer Service Could Be Better
We were initially placed in a small room without knowing there were different room sizes, and the monitor was difficult to use, so we ended up with fewer songs than expected. When we extended, the issue was fixed and we were moved to a different room, which we appreciated. However, one staff member was very impatient and unfriendly, and the customer service could have been better, especially since it was our first time.

Apart from having to wait over 25mins for our drinks we had finished our first game it was a pleasant visit.

Nice trip out for hubby's birthday
Our original lane only had one bumper working but a member of staff quickly switched our lane after informing them. We got 2 games for £30 for 3 people which I thought was good value. Good selection of bowling balls, you can take a group photo of your team to be displayed on the screens background which was a nice touch. Ordered cocktails which were another bargain deal, very tasty along with a generous portion of chips, enough to share between 3 of us as nibbles. Also liked not having to wear proper bowling shoes which can sometimes be a faff getting the right size and also getting our 3 year old to actually wear them! Enjoyed the arcade on site afterwards which made the trip a more wholesome experience. Easy to purchase a card from the bar to use as credits.

Beer pumps off
We went for our birthday, Friday night 6 pm and no beers were on the pumps.made the experience a little bit rubbish as my entire group drinks beers. Just seems to me a Friday night wouldn’t be the most ideal time to clean out beer pumps.

Great party location.
We held a child's birthday party here. The staff were really friendly and attentive and I felt the experience was good value for money.

Tenpin Cambridge
We used the karaoke for our friend’s birthday, they didn’t mention the aircon was working in the room.
They just told us how to use the screen and how the karaoke works.
No more further information from the staff.
The room was really hot and uncomfortable, bear in mind it is over 26 degrees outside.
We managed to find one staff outside and he said the aircon was working ( almost by the time we were about to leave ). So we spoke to a member of staff about our experience and we asked if it was possible to extend our time as a compensation due to the lack of customer service and communication received from the team. Upon speaking to the staff, she was rude and said they could not provide a refund but we didn’t ask for a refund but a possible extension even for just 10mins.
If they have informed us from the beginning that the aircon was working we would have understood that we can ask them to turn it on at the start.
The rudeness of the team, the slow service and the lack of communication ruined our experience and also the celebration of our friend’s birthday.
