I can’t believe there is no hand sanitizer stations in the bowling areas. The holes in those balls are an absolute quagmire of disease. I had to watch our party like a hawk to make sure nobody touche... Voir plus

Couldnt log in to the interactive darts by the time i queued up to ask for help only had 15mins left. Waste of time and money

Great interactive darts and bowling
Great interactive darts and bowling. Check in was easy and everything ran to time. Only slight negative was the tables in the food and drink area were not cleared or wiped down from previous visitors. It was a busy day though but would have been nice to find a clean table.

Warrington Tenpin had a disappointing…
Warrington Tenpin had a disappointing experience during my recent visit. The customer service was quite poor, as there was only one person at the bar, leading to long wait times for our food and drinks ordered to the lane. When we went to inquire about our order, we found our drinks sitting on the bar, with staff claiming they were unable to deliver them due to a lack of staff.
This is not the first time I’ve encountered this issue; every visit seems to have the same staffing problems. If you’re unable to provide proper service, perhaps it’s best not to offer it at all.
Additionally, I faced a serious concern with my son, who is a Type 1 diabetic and was experiencing low blood sugar. Getting assistance for him was difficult, and the two senior staff members we interacted with were not welcoming and lacked people skills.
I hope the management addresses these issues to improve the customer experience in the future.

Terrible service today
Terrible service today , only two on the bar and was ordering from the lanes and never received drinks on many occasions . After waiting for a coffee for 30 minutes I walked to the bar it was on the side probably cold . The young dark haired girl was polite about it and apologised but the older girl with blonde hair pulled a face when I asked for a refund . Food was awful too . It’s such a shame all that money has been spent to do up the place to have rude staff that kill the atmosphere . I will be avoiding !

Great venue, Bad food
Great venue, great fun for everyone but the food was diabolical ! Such a shame, food was cold, very dry, certainly not as advertised, all condiments were missing (salad, sauce, cheese for burgers etc) cost a fortune too, 3 adults and 8 teenagers for a birthday, would definitely visit again for the activities but certainly won’t eat there again

The bowling was brilliant
The bowling was brilliant grandson loved it.
The food was disappointing.
Arcade was expensive winning tickets for small prizes. Not much for kids to play on to win tickets.
But all in all had a brilliant day and memories made

I booked a kareoke party for my…
I booked a kareoke party for my daughter .
After an hour the karoke was turned off so we vacated assuming it was time for the food as had no direction of what to do. I sat the girls down at a free table as there was no reserved space, to be approached by a member of staff saying that we had another 30 mins in the booth. I explained that the kareoke had turned off so we may as well have the food. The pizza ls that were served were disgusting, they had obviously been sat for a long time as they were cold and solid and one was burnt to a crisp, this one I returned. On top of that i asked for juice for the girls at the party and was charged £7.50 for them. A drink would be a small expectationsl to be included in a "party" Overall i was extremly dissapointed and will not be booking a party with ten pin in the future

It was a truly magical place
It was a truly magical place, the vibe was right on and all my pals agree that this place tenpin was the place to be.
Also the pizza was top notch and tge staff were friendly and welcoming

Great Bowling Day
We have been visiting here for a few years now and always had a great experience every time. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The facilities are fantastic especially after the recent refit. The value for money is second to none in the area it is still the best and cheapest by far, also has free parking. Would thoroughly recommend a visit if you are thinking of a day out.

Enjoyable day out
Took my son and his best friend for an afternoon together and we had a great time two games and a slushy each wasn’t too expensive but was great fun 🤩

Family bowling
Our alley was already for our arrival it was easy to set up the lane on the computer.
It was very busy so glad we booked ahead.
