I can’t believe there is no hand sanitizer stations in the bowling areas. The holes in those balls are an absolute quagmire of disease. I had to watch our party like a hawk to make sure nobody touche... Voir plus

Enjoyable experience
Very easy to book online. Reception staff helpful, bowling Lane worked well. Being a Saturday afternoon it was very noisy but to be expected. We and our 4 year old grandson enjoyed and will be back.

Cleaning care
My friends and I played a few games and had fun,it was good but most of the tables were full of empty glasses and food leftovers so it looked quite dirty and it stayed like that for hours,in the conditions where that particular venue wasn’t busy (Wednesday evening)

Slow service , overall good night
The evening was good , and the bowling was a fun activity however its on 4 stars due to having to wait 20 min for a drink after i ordered it on the qr code on the aisle we ended up finishing both games of bowling before it arrived

We have been quite a few times since the refurb and have enjoyed it.
We have another booking coming up too.
The team and management seem to really be trying.
The toilets are a huge improvement.
We love the interactive darts and soft play

All the facilities are really good and the food prices is not bad. Overall really good family day out and would definitely go back.

fairly disappointing
We went there with 10 people, had to wait at the reception about 15 minutes because, as the member of staff told me: one of the lane had technical issues, they are trying to fix them. There were other lanes available but they wanted to make sure we will have tho originally assigned once. Which is fine, busy day. We could wait. After started playing one of the lane kept breaking down. The staff tried to “fix” it. It broke anyways. Half of the group had to relocate to a different lane and start all over. Which is great. They could play what we paid for, but we got there together yet finished different times, because of the issues. Some of us ordered drinks and had to wait about 30 minutes to be served. It was Sunday and very busy but the place is always packed , so they could plan for that. Overall it was fairly disappointing.

Impressive
I haven't been for a few years but think the transformation is great..play area for the toddlers, the interactive darts etc.
Really enjoyed our few hours there.

Good for the kids
Well run, clean, lots to do on a rainy easter holiday. Staff on soft play were exceptional, bar staff were very efficient and good. Bowling well run.

Easter ten pin bowling
We took four of our Grandchildren bowling with my daughter and the children had a great time! They loved taking pictures of themselves to show by their names. It was the first time the two small ones tried to bowl without the ramp and just the bumper bars. They did amazingly and everyone had a brilliant time. The staff were very helpful. Would definitely recommend it. They had lots of fun on the games and had a go at pool also.

The lane kept breaking we reported it 7 times but no one did anything, in the end they moved us to another lane . We had 4 kids who were getting very impatient so overall not good

It wasnt the best time it was very very busy the que to see where our lane was for bowling was really long when we got ot out lane it was full of rubbish an glasses we haf to move them ourselves we ordered food an drinks from the app drinks came but the food took ages to come an wasnt very nice
