Practically empty bowling alley. All was fine, but it was a bit odd when we had people put in the lanes next to us despite 34 other lanes being available. They kept encroaching on our lane.

Front of house staff were friendly and…
Front of house staff were friendly and efficient , my children enjoyed their games of bowling. Venue is good however the food was appalling. Burgers were bone dry , buns were so dry they were falling apart , the “ chicken burger with mayonnaise” was equally bone dry.. without mayonnaise. As the food took so long to be served my guess is that it was under a hot plate for far too long. Next time we will get Mc Donald’s on the way home. I didn’t complain at the time as my children were insistent that I just let it be, and I did not wish to upset them.

Very reasonable pricing
Very reasonable pricing. Pleasant and helpful staff. The only negative comment is regarding the choice of bowling balls. I took my grandchildren aged 9 and twelve and the lightest ball available was far too heavy particularly for my granddaughter. There were a lot of children bowling and I believe that a lighter ball suitable for younger children would enhance the enjoyment for children. I asked if a lighter ball was available and was told that all Tenpin venues have the same choice of balls.

food was not very good x2 kids cheeseburger meals and x1 adult burger meal. Quality poor and took 40 mins to come to us.

Great fun at bowling and the arcades
Great fun at bowling and the arcades, Friendly atmosphere. My son won lots of tickets and even other people playing gave him some! Staff were so lovely and friendly. A great afternoon!

Bowling was good but definitely needed more cleaning done was dirty when we got to lane and was hour before anyone came and picked up last person glasses still didn't wipe anything up

ordered food- small platter which on webside says 2 burgers wnd 8 nuggets and chips got 4 nuggets and 1 burger with no cheese. also had the alert on for 10 minutes to have the bumpers put up and it was ignored. but apart from thag was a good night

Long wait booking in no staff
Bowling was ok but don't no if it was staffing problem but waited over 15minits with 9 of us as there was no one at the till two staff leaning on bar i think wear bar staff I guess another guy selling trinkets to 5 people but no one at the cheque in till everything else was ok had two lanes which wear empty at time of booking in all i spent £200 but had a good time bowling
