Excellent product - not seen the real benefits as yet but the machine works well and seems to be helping with my incontinence following treatment for prostate cancer.

My wife used it for birth with no…
My wife used it for birth with no epidural and said this device pretty much saved her, so i may not used it but the recommendation stands :)

The Tens unit is flimsy and made of poor grade materials. Very disappointing.
The programmes are pre set .
I don’t think the unit will last .
I felt the price did not reflect this .

Top marks for TensCare Elise 2 and the TensCare team
I recently purchased the Elise 2 electrotherapy pelvic floor trainer from TensCare and want to provide positive feedback on both the product and the excellent customer care I received before and after my purchase. I chose the Elise 2 because it is rechargeable so no fiddle or expense with battery replacement. I had also read great reviews on the device and I agree wholeheartedly with these and go further: The Elise 2 is easy to use and programmable to individual needs but what's more it is effective with results for me after only three weeks. The TensCare team combine a professional yet sympathetic approach and their knowledge of TensCare products inspires confidence that is hard to find elsewhere. Pelvic floor health improves many other aspects of health and in that spirit to all those wishing to improve pelvic floor, bladder and sexual health (and more), consider TensCare for your needs. I honestly wish I'd done so 20 years ago but I've done it now and it really never is too late to improve your health. Thank you Charlotte and Louise from the TensCare team.

Probes aren’t surgical grade stainless steel…
Their products aren’t used with surgical grade steel. That’s what you want when using these probes that go internally and hit your skin membrane. Metals like nickel are carcinogenic. Wish I knew this before purchasing AND using.

Disappointing experience.
After using the machine for only a couple of weeks it has suddenly started to malfunction.
I switch the machine on and start to increase the power, only for the machine to read LEADS and return to O power. I have checked all the leads and they appear to be fine.
Very disappointing.

Both the company and the device get five stars from me
I got super good service from the company. An item was missing from the package, but the situation was corrected fast and friendly. And after only 25 uses the Tens Unicare device has already helped me a significantly with my urge incontinence. I am absolutely sure that with time I will get rid of it altogether. After a long period of using "adult diapers" daily this feels almost like a miracle. I wish I had bought this handy little thing much earlier!

Elise 2 - great product
The Elise 2 does what it says on the tin. Takes a fews goes ensure you have the probe positioned correctly and finding the level suitable for you.
I had a small problem with one of the leads 2 months after buying this. I contacted customer service and they replaced it immediately without any fuss.
Great service.

No response to a report of faulty goods
I ordered an itouch sure from TensCare. Order processed very efficiently and delivery was super quick. After only about 10 uses, the ability to increase the intensity of the pulses failed. Whilst I realise issues with the manufacture are not done to TensCare, what is down to them is how they respond to a report of faulty goods. In my case, they have not. No response at all.

Quick resolution
I ordered electrodes that were dispatched very quickly; unfortunately Evri did not act with the same alacrity, they arrived very late. When I did get them one was faulty but this was very quickly rectified following a short call to a very helpful person at Tens. I would certainly use this company again.
