Great support team. My water tank had a mechanical problem, I asked for repair options, now they send a new tank. I want to be completely honest, they asked me if I could write a review, that's my way to say thanks. And some reviews here seemed really unfair to me.
My M1 works very well on my hardwood floor. For me the lowest setting is clearly strong enough and the battery life is about 2 hours, enough for about 120 square meters. Wiping was also running great for about 5 month, after that the tank didn't let the water out for some reason.
I love the remote control, no need to register or have an Android/IOS Phone.
Great value for the money!

Wir benützen seit 2 Jahren Tesvor und sind sehr zufrieden, haben auch anderen Familienmitgliedern diese Marke empfohlen. Wir hatten einen Garantiefall, dieser wurde sofort gelöst. Wir können Tesvor nur empfehlen.

Bei der Staubbox meines Tesvor S6 war die Klappe defekt. Innerhalb von 3 Tagen wurde mir kostenlos eine Ersatzstaubbox geschickt. Die Konversation wat hervorragend und sehr kompetent.

Guter Kundenservice. Auf meine Anfrage wurde sehr schnell geantwortet und mit konnte immer bei Problemen geholfen werden. Der Sauger funktioniert einwandfrei bin einer der ersten Käufer gewesen.

Was für Fake Berichte hier, unmöglich. Ich habe den Kundendienst angerufen, niemand nimmt ab. Ich habe zig Emails geschrieben niemand antwortet. Ich habe sogar ein Brief per Einschreiben geschickt. Wieder nichts. Das ist ein Sauladen. Lasst euch von den anderen Berichten hier nicht blenden. Vermutlich hat sich hier Tesvor selber benotet.

Bought a Tesvor x500 vacuum robot on Amazon because of the great reviews.

The robot really disappointed, mopping carpets, completely losing its progress if interrupted, and not being able to navigate carpets.

Because of the above, I gave them a bad review on Amazon. Against Amazon’s rules, they e-mailed me, including saying they would give me a full refund and could keep the robot if I deleted my review.

I reported them to Amazon, who issued me a refund. I still feel cheated, as I would not have bought the robot if not for the fantastic reviews, which I now know are manipulated. Stay away.

Dec 2022 update: an app update added an unskipable ad and made it impossible to connect to the robot, making the app useless.

Ich habe den s6 und mir wurde das Gerät nach der Fehlersuche problemlos umgetauscht.

Die App lässt sich leicht installieren und so kann ich mein Wischsauger auch aus der Ferne starten.
Er könnte auch täglich zu einer bestimmten Zeit einprogrammiert loslegen, was ich aber nicht benutzte.
Auch die Hundehaare( kurze Haare) sind kein Problem.
Ein super Gerät!!!

Since July we are happy owners of 2 robot vaccum cleaner X500. As of today both are doing a good work and are easy to handle. We love to use the app and start the robot even if we are not at home. I can realy recommend the product from my own experiances.

Tesvor X500Pro Robot Vacuum
Recently purchased the X500Pro, overall a bit of a novelty and not really fit for purpose. The battery life is practically finished after only 10 days of use and requires constant recharging after 30 mins on the lowest use, the brushes are really weak and misformed after this use, there is no mapping and the bot is easily confused in smaller spaces, the app is impossible to set up and has therefore not been tested or used, finally as for the mop feature.. well forget it as it really is a waste of material. Overall a big disappoimtment.

Nice staff doing what is expected from it! For sure some things like app could be improved but overall experience is ok for our apartment. Small kids like to play with it :)

Der Tesvor Kundenservice bei Problemen ist hilfsbereit und antwortet schnell. Falls Problem nicht gelöst werden kann, krieg man ein neues Ersatzgerät. Das finde ich schon mal Toll.

I love our vacuum. It does not run into objects like the other 3 we have had. It cleans pet hair amazingly. You can set it to clean at a certain time and it just takes off and maps the house. You can even use the app to draw areas you do not want the vacuum to go. Customer service is awesome also. They always get back to you and answer any questions. I would highly recommend this vacuum. I have the S6.

The engine of my Tesvor S6 made very loud noises. After I wrote to support, the device was exchanged for me very quickly. Thanks for that.

Mit Einzug unserer zwei Katzen Anfang 2019, zogen auch herumfliegende Haare und Katzenstreu ein.
Jeden Tag zwei mal staubsaugen um das Strandfeeling loszuwerden war keine Option ;)
Nach zwei Wochen Leidenszeit zog dann das Tesvor x500 Modell bei uns ein.

Wir haben uns u.a. dafür entschieden, weil unsere Katzen noch jung und verspielt waren. Dementsprechend wurde alles als Spielzeug betrachtet und ein "dummer" Staubsaugerroboter mit Chaosreinigung hätte wohl nie unsere 100m2 geschafft.
Der x500 hat allerdings durch sein systematisches Reinigungsvorgehen durchweg super Arbeit geleistet, gerade für den Preis.

Er ist bei uns zweimal täglich zu eingestellten Zeiten gefahren, wenn wir bei der Arbeit waren. Also hat er schon ordentlich arbeiten müssen, von der Katzenbespaßung mal ganz abgesehen ;)

Damit ging allerdings einher, dass wir nach ungefähr 1,5 Jahren den Akku erneuern mussten. Der neue Akku kostet allerdings nicht die Welt und lässt sich super einfach austauschen.

Leider hat er nun nach 2,5 Jahre leider das zeitliche gesegnet :( Er geht einfach nicht mehr an.
Der Support hat sein Bestes gegeben, konnte aber leider auch nicht mehr helfen.

Wir haben nun überlegt, ob wir in ein anderes (teurer, andere Marke, etc.) Modell investieren und haben uns dann im Verwandten und Bekanntenkreis umgehört.
Dort fahren eigentlich nur 350€ aufwärts kostende Roboter herum. Diese scheinen allerdings auch (für unsere Zwecke) keine bessere Leistung zu bringen und die durchschnittliche Lebenszeit war auch nicht deutlich länger.

Daher sind wir zu dem Schluss gekommen, dass es wieder ein Tesvor werden wird. Gerade zum Amazon Prime Day oder Black Friday gibt es immer mal wieder super Angebote, die dann die Entscheidung leicht machen.
