T&G Woodware Avis

Great product and fantastic service. 5* all round.

I placed an order on line for three store pots. I received an email to confirm that part of my order was unfortunately out of stock. I replied confirming that I would wait for new stock. I was given the details of stockists that could help me. For me that wasn’t successful. I then received an email from T&G informing me where it was stocked. I secured my purchase. I have never known such service from any other company , truly fantastic. They went above and beyond to help me.

We have been using our crush grind salt and pepper mills for many years - they are the BEST! Unfortunately, I broke the lid of the pepper mill recently. T&G very kindly identified the correct replacement and sent it to me promptly and free of charge. What fantastic customer service.

just received my order tea, coffee&sugar caddy in blue wow love them bought them in blue very sturdy and perfect for what I wanted as bought other things in blue and within my budget thank you t& g Woodware .

Inspite of a few issues when ordering via PayPal, Katina soon sorted my problem out. She was a delight to speak to. The Apollo pepper and salt mills arrived the next day which was wonderful! I have been waiting a while for the pepper mill and was very pleased when it was restocked. The recipient, my daughter was so happy to receive them as an Easter gift. The mills have a lovely elegant shape and a nice weight too. I have purchased many different mills for her over the years but these are the best of the best. She cannot wait to use them. I am more than happy with this purchase!!

Brilliant customer services. I have a tall wooden pepper grinder which must be 20 years old, a part broke and contacted their customer services. They shipped out a new part gratis which was a perfect fit. The grinder is back up and running and no doubt will work for another 20 year. Thank you

We have used T&G-Woodware Salt & Pepper grinders for years. We like that they have ceramic grinders & that they do not make a mess on the table after grinding. To my surprise I broke the frame under the grinding mechanism (maybe my rock salt was too rocky?). An e-mail to tg-woodware.com brought a swift reply & the parts I needed to fix it. Job done, back in grinding business. 😊 Rory

Fantastic customer service. We purchased salt and pepper mills from T&G Woodware a few years ago, and they have been fantastic. When a small component recently broke, I contacted the company under their lifetime guarantee. They responded super quickly, sent a replacement part free of charge, and we fitted it easily—now it’s as good as new! Excellent quality products backed by brilliant customer service. Highly recommend!

Exceptional customer care and attention.
Thoroughly recommend.

Wonderful, kind, personal service. The Sales Team went out of their way to help with a very specific and niche query. I was very grateful. Thanks again!

We love our T&G crush grind mills and were very disappointed when the salt grinder broke. I contacted the team and they responded immediately offering to send me a new part. It arrived the next day by first class post.
Amazing products from a great company. Customer service top notch and an example to other retailers. Would definitely recommend a crush grind mill and buying from T&G. Thank you.

Fantastic service. T&G went out of their way to ensure I received my order on time. These are the best salt and pepper mills I have ever used.

Brilliant, friendly service when we recently had a problem with the Crushgrind mechanism of our salt grinder. New one sent out by return and all working well again. Thank you.

We had a damaged salt mill - the grinder no longer worked; it could no longer grind salt. It appeared that the ceramic mechanism is no longer working.
We have had the T&G salt & pepper mills for approximately 15 years and think they are probably the best we have had.
So it is very gratifying that T&G were able to provide us with a new mechanism which does the job perfectly.
A great example of excellent customer service and attention to detail - The staff are very helpful and friendly. Great experience all round!

Had a damaged part in the salt cellar which I replaced and is now functioning as new. Always better to repair rather than replace. The salt & pepper mills are the best we have ever owned. Normally most pepper mills do not work very well after a few months but T&G are excellent and working as new 10 years after purchase.

After 10 years my pepper mill needed a new part which was replaced FOC immediately with no fuss at all!
BRILLIANT customer service!!

A big thank you to Garth and all of the team at T&G Woodware for their exceptional customer service, I have an old but much loved capstan pepper mill which I needed repair parts for, the service team provided all of the parts required and kept me well informed along the way. A*

Our Classic Crushgrind salt and pepper mills which we purchased in 2017 were made by T&G Woodware Ltd had developed some problems. I contacted a representative of T&G Woodware (who have now acquired the original Ltd company since it ceased trading) and it was revealed that they were committed to helping customers where they could, who had purchased products from the previous company, despite no requirement to do so by honouring previous company's warranties. Apparently they still supply long warranties on their products since acquiring the old company. They sent the internal mechanical components required for me to fix the mills.
Very quick, courteous and professional response both by phone and email. Very impressed. Quality product. Would buy from them again.

Thanks T&G for excellent customer service. From answering the phone quickly to responding quickly to emails, we had great service. The broken mechanisms in our salt and pepper mills, which were five years old, were replaced and new ones sent to us straight away. We're so happy to have them working again.

The customer service at T&G Woodware has been great. They were responsive (they answer the phone and respond quickly to emails!) and extremely helpful in resolving the issue. The design and quality of their Tip Top salt and pepper mills is better than Peugeot in my opinion. Would highly recommend.
