it is not exactly a quick process and I still not what percentage of my claim i have to payout to you

The communication has been top notch, every step of the ongoing process has been explained, fingers crossed for a good outcome

I've been kept informed about every step of my claims from day one I appreciate every thing you have done for me thank you very much

No complaints and I am kept up to date regularly

At least 100 emails to tell me the same thing and I assume they are getting paid for each one. Asking for constant signatures or to inform me for 6 months my claim is nearly settled.
The lawyers will get paid 5 times my settlement for all these emails.
I guess in hell it's just getting the same email every minute for eternity.
No wonder people hate lawyers

Scam/fraud, constantly asking/emailing for my signature, also doesn't respond to emails, been emailing me for well over a year with the same generic email.

Harassing! I get the need to update but getting Emails practically every day and the asking me to sign over and over again! No need! One signature per claim is enough!!!

Made the process very easy and kept in touch with all the various updates on how my claim is progessing. Been a lot of delays due various court proceedings but for myself its just a waiting game. Really have nothing to lose and everything to gain if claim is successful.
