I recently ordered 11 buttonholes for my son's wedding, at very short notice, due to an oversight - the day before, in fact - and I was overwhelmed by how kind and helpful The Flower Box was. The lovely lady owner created the most beautiful cream silk roses, both ladies'and gentlemens' types, working her socks off to make sure I could collect them in plenty of time. We were all impressed by the lovely quality of the items, and the over-and - above, fantastic service. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Thank you so much, The Flower Box!

I am able to order flowers from the Flower box from my home in the US for relatives in Yorkshire with confidence that they will be received with pleasure and admiration. Over many years I have sent flowers to these relatives and always hear from them that they are wonderful. Service is very good. Flowers are delivered in timely way.

I ordered some flowers for my wife on our anniversary but they didn't arrive ...

Apparently you don't deliver to my postal address but I was still allowed to order the flowers...

Excellent service, beautiful flowers first class

The only issue was with the website which reported the wrong delivery address causing some confusion. The actual delivery dress was correct, however, and everything went as planned.
