Fish arrived alive!! Didn't take too long to get the package, he was a bit smaller than I expected, but he happened to be big enough to survive in the tank with bigger tank-mates.

Called me to say they ran out of a…

Called me to say they ran out of a certain fish i wanted. But happily replaced it with a different one on my list. Even called me and sent videos of the ones to pick from! Very accommodating!

I have been a tropical fish hobbyist…

I have been a tropical fish hobbyist for over 50 years. I have dealt with many tropical fish suppliers including long distance suppliers. Many of the long distance suppliers have been a disappointment. I decided to put aside my disappointments & try IFish. The fish, cardinal tetras, neon tetras & honey dwarf gouramis arrived alive & healthy. I’ve had the fish for over a month now & all are alive & swimming. Dealing with Customer Service Representative Valerie is another reason for my recommendationshe’s simply best. Best decision I made buying fish from IFish. Will definitely be a returning customer.

Great service, quality fish, awesome experience

Great customer service, Valerie is awesome! I ordered the Discus 10 pack and was absolutely thrilled that they arrived within a few days after ordering. As luck would have it, they had some fish already quarantined and ready to ship. The fish arrived as advertised and I followed the acclimation protocols. Unfortunately, one of the fish died a few days after delivery, but Valerie has offered to replace the fish when I place my next order. I couldn't be happier with the quality of the remaining 9 fish, the team at iFish sent me a good mix of different colors and sizes. The Kings of the tank are acclimated and assuming their role as the Main attraction in our aquarium.

Fish shipped within 48hrs

Fish shipped within 48hrs, delivery however was another issue. FedEx showed a delivery time of between 10:45 and 2:45, actual delivery time was 7:03. Luckily they were packed well, as the heat packs were dead, but the fish seem to be okay.

The fish are healthy and as requested!!

I have ordered twice and the second time one of the fish was DOA. I contacted the store and they gave me an option. I ordered the third time and they kept their commitment and I was throughly pleased. Working on my fourth order soon.!!

Dealing w/co was great but shipping …

Dealing w/co was great but shipping way to long and 1 triple bag leaked enough to kill the discuss, altho the co refunded the 1 death. Yeah, would buy again but kinda pricy for the old retired fella. ADIOS

Great experience buying fish through IFISH.

Good price on fish. Excellent tracking. Fish arrived healthy in a insulated packaged and fish were double plastic bag, half water and half oxygen. Fish were very lively. The fish have been in my tank for a month now with no issues and no losses. Very happy. This is my third purchase from IFISH.

Great Experience

This is the first time I ordered fish online and the experience was great. I ordered 6 Chilids. The customer service was good, fish arrived safe, and they were not stressed. It's been 3 weeks and the fish are heathly and doing well. I would definitely order again from iFish if needed. I plan to have my 6 new babies for a while.

You did not quarantine the fish as…

You did not quarantine the fish as promised.
Shipping was done the day after I ordered instead of 7 days. The gouramis were sick, all died. One of the Kenyis as well.

We do want to clarify that all of our fish go through quarantine. We operate with a constant inventory rotating through our quarantine systems, which allows us to ensure fish are properly conditioned while also being able to ship orders more quickly when they’re ready. Because of that, orders may ship sooner than expected without skipping that step.

We’re also sorry to hear about the losses. We truly wish we had been contacted at the very first sign of any health concerns. We’re always happy to help troubleshoot—whether it’s water parameters, acclimation, or other factors—and in many cases we can help turn situations like this around when we’re able to step in early.
