Quality of fish were outstanding

Quality of fish were outstanding. unfortunately the first shipment was a total loss due to FedEx temporarily loosing the package and leaving it in extreme cold weather. Ifish immediately made it right

My FISH are doing great all of them survived the trip here they look so beautiful in my tank and we’re still going strong. I would recommend doing this when you’re looking for FISH to my friends and family.

Bad experience

Bad experience. Fish arrived deceased. They wanted me to pay for shipping to get a replacement fish. That’s almost another 50 dollars. Won’t never do business again. Bad experience. Do not buy from this place

We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience and were disappointed that one fish did not survive shipment. As you mentioned, you’ve had multiple successful orders with us in the past, which we sincerely appreciate.

When an issue occurs, we always work to resolve it fairly and in accordance with our clearly stated Live Arrival Guarantee. As outlined on our website, we do not reship fish, and guarantees are processed through either a refund or store credit on a case-by-case basis. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and replacements are only sent at no cost if all fish in the order perish, with proper documentation.

In your case, we honored our guarantee and issued a refund for the fish that did not survive, despite the rest of the order arriving safely. While we understand your preference for a replacement fish, reshipping is not something we offer under our policy.

We value our customers—especially our repeat ones—and always strive to be transparent, fair, and responsive. We’re sorry this experience didn’t meet your expectations, but we did act in accordance with our posted policies and in good faith.

My fish arrived alive and well,
They were not eating for the first few days and I contacted customer service and they responded immediately! Turns out that their fish are kept on a 5 star dinning exepirience, and I was giving them 3 stars and were not having it! So I followed Ifish's regiment and all is well! My other fish seem happier as well!😊😊
