Top notch customer service!

Fedex completely dropped the ball getting my fish delivered in a reasonable amount of time. Unfortunately, he didnt make it after several days being shipped. iFish made it right and sent me another and luckily FedEx was on it. Excellent customer service and real people you can talk to! Very fast email responses as well. Would highly recommend!

Thank you for your review. We’d like to clarify a few details for accuracy and transparency.

Our records show that your order was placed on 12/28/25, not 12/24. As posted on our website prior to the holidays, 12/14 was the last day to order for delivery before Christmas, and all orders placed after that date were scheduled to begin shipping the week of January 5th due to carrier limitations and fish safety during the holiday period.

Your order was still well within our stated 7–10 business day processing timeframe at the time of your request.

That said, we fully understand your frustration, and as requested, we issued a full refund including shipping.

We always aim to be as transparent as possible with timelines and policies and appreciate the opportunity to clarify. We wish you the best moving forward.

Gorgeous , vibrant cichlids

I just got my fish a couple of days ago. They were all alive and lively! They are so beautiful and so active and fun to watch. They are so colorful and bring vibrancy to my aquarium. I will definitely be getting more fish from them. Awesome customer service!

Bad experience

Bad experience. Fish arrived deceased. They wanted me to pay for shipping to get a replacement fish. That’s almost another 50 dollars. Won’t never do business again. Bad experience. Do not buy from this place

We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience and were disappointed that one fish did not survive shipment. As you mentioned, you’ve had multiple successful orders with us in the past, which we sincerely appreciate.

When an issue occurs, we always work to resolve it fairly and in accordance with our clearly stated Live Arrival Guarantee. As outlined on our website, we do not reship fish, and guarantees are processed through either a refund or store credit on a case-by-case basis. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and replacements are only sent at no cost if all fish in the order perish, with proper documentation.

In your case, we honored our guarantee and issued a refund for the fish that did not survive, despite the rest of the order arriving safely. While we understand your preference for a replacement fish, reshipping is not something we offer under our policy.

We value our customers—especially our repeat ones—and always strive to be transparent, fair, and responsive. We’re sorry this experience didn’t meet your expectations, but we did act in accordance with our posted policies and in good faith.
