We’re sorry to see your 1-star review and truly wish we had the opportunity to help. We never received any notification that the fish arrived in poor condition or passed after delivery. If we had known, we would have done everything we could to assist right away.
Regarding your concern about overnight shipping that you emailed us about, as mentioned in our email reply, FedEx Next Day Air refers to the transit time once the order ships. We ship Monday through Wednesday to ensure safe delivery for the fish, and all orders go through a preparation and quarantine process before leaving our facility.
We always encourage customers to reach out within our live arrival window if there are any issues so we can make it right. Please feel free to contact us — we’re here to help and would still be happy to take a closer look at what may have happened.

The prices are reasonable, and most important - the fish always arrive alive and healthy!

I love this service. My fish are healthy and fully acclimated. Tank is buzzing. Being able to choose from such a wide variety and have them show up at my door is an amazing experience.
