I love the fish that survived. I did lose 3, but the other 3 discus are beautiful.

Our Discuss purchase with Ifish

Our fish arrived well packaged and healthy. We appreciated Ifish for holding off shipment because of the blizzard so they could be shipped safely. The only negative I have is that some of the fish you have on your website that we our interested in purchasing constantly say sold out.

We’re so glad your Discus arrived healthy and that you were happy with the packaging. Holding shipments during extreme weather (like that blizzard!) is never our favorite thing to do, but your fish’s safety will always come first. We’d much rather delay than risk them in harsh conditions.

And we completely understand your frustration about certain fish showing “sold out.” Discus in particular can move very quickly once they’re listed, especially the more unique varieties. We’re constantly working to restock and add new inventory, but availability can change fast. If there’s a specific variety you’re looking for, feel free to reach out and let us know. We’re always happy to give you a heads up when they’re coming back in.

Valerie was terrific

Valerie was terrific . Communication during heavy cold snow storms delayed delivery . She went out of her way by calling me to assure me as soon as able they will deliver fish. Fish arrived all healthy and doing great . Will definitely do business with Ifish again .

We were surprised and very sorry to see your review, especially after your email letting us know the koi arrived looking good when you received them.

We truly wish you had contacted us at the first signs of trouble. When fish begin to decline, early communication often allows us to help troubleshoot and sometimes turn the situation around. Timing really matters.

We care about our fish and our customers’ success, and we would have absolutely tried to help. If you’re open to it, we’d still welcome the chance to discuss what may have happened.

Regarding size, we list approximate size ranges on each koi listing, but we completely understand how disappointing it can feel if they weren’t what you expected.

Discus

I have received several shipments of discus from iFish. The fish looked great healthy and ready to go. They are doing awesome and adapted to their new surroundings very quickly. I appreciate the quick delivery and very timely support from iFish customer service.

This store has a great website and awesome fish deals. The customer service is top notch. We have ordered 50 fish from them over the last 2 months and all are thriving and well. I would highly recommend this store.

Visited their store

I happen to live nearby so decided to visit their store. Not flashy but wow ! We'll maintained tanks with fish of every kind available. Got a chance to watch staff efficiently preparing shipments. Purchased some endlers for my 30 gallon bolivian ram tank. Highest recommation.
