I want everyone to know what a wonderful service this company is to our family. We were both bored to tears with all the carbonated soda drinks and the everyday drink mixes we have been using over the many decades of our lives. We have tried numerous other drinks from companies and sorted tea drinks, promising 
 what your this small company actually delivers. The no caffeine for me and the regular mixes they offer for my wife have delighted us beyond words. So, the very small delay with the shipping was worth it to us. Now, knowing how seriously you take meeting our needs and wants by sending out another order the next day puts them way over the top. So from our hearts to theirs, never change. I plead with them to never let the craving for bigger-is-better get them into the same trap most companies fall into: selling out to a giant corporation. That will only cheapen the mixes and destroy the joy.  For the LOVE OF ALL THINGS GOOD NEVER CHANGE.

Customer service is on point!!
Had an issue with the wrong shipping address which was totally my mistake and ask them through email if they could correct the shipping address for me. They did and went above and beyond to do so. Had my issue fixed within hours, not days!!! Love this tea and love this companies service to their customers. You will not be disappointed with either.

The Loaded Tea Shop is Fantastic. Do not hesitate to order. Their products are Delicious and Healthy. Their customer service is Excellent. Loaded Teas have been a great way for me to kick the soda/pop habit. I know they suggest mixing the packets with 32oz of water and that may be to your liking, but I have found I can mix one package with much more than that because I do not like it so strong. Try it for yourself, you may find like I have that you can get much more out of one package than you think. Your Health is worth giving it a try!!! - E from Ohio

Amazing Company. I started ordering May 2026, so not very long and I have been pleasantly pleased with the flavors of the tea. It gives me the proper energy I’ve been looking for in the morning to get me through my day. I’ve only come across two flavors so far that I wasn’t a total fan of, but they were not bad at all. The majority of the flavors have been delicious. I look forward to making my drink every morning now before I start my day. I find the teas to be very bold in flavor and that’s why I mix my individual packet into a large glass container and fill it up with about 40 to 50 ounces of water, mix it up and keep it in my fridge and drink it over the course of two days. It works out fantastic for me this way. I’ve also purchased their caffeine free tea however, I haven’t made any of those yet, but I hear the flavors are just as bold just without the caffeine. I like that this is an option for when I want to enjoy the flavors in the afternoon/evening without the worry of caffeine keeping me up all night.
The founder/team of folks from this company have been outstanding in their communications if you needed to reach out for any reason, and if something isn’t right, they will make it right for you. Shipping is usually extremely quick within 3 to 4 days from my experience. A recent delivery delay occurred, which was out of the norm and the founder sent a lovely apology email for the delay in shipping and any issues that may have caused. Overall, I’m have just been extremely satisfied with the way this company works with and responds to their customers and above all, the product is delicious and I feel good about drinking something that does not have all of the nasty calories/carbs/artificial dyes/colorings. You’ll get none of that here. Just great flavor. I highly recommend.

I love these loaded teas!! My favorite are Cupid Shuffle, Fruit Roll up and Gummy Bear. Not only do I regularly buy these loaded teas but business thru y'all is always great!! I've had a couple of mishaps but y'all were quick to respond and fix the problem by the next day. Thank you for your product and I will always be one of your biggest fans and devoted follower!!

I recently had an issue with one of my orders. I waited until I knew i should of had the package before I emailed The Loaded Tea company. I asked them to please check into my tracking number ( I have a Global Logistics and Purchasing Background , and I wasnt going to cause a fuss , when i know what Logistics companies can do thats not the companies fault)
.. Few hours later I got 2 emails , 1 was a reorder was done at no charge and a reply to my email. The CSR agreed something was wrong and that he went ahead and re processed my order at no charge. I thank him and deleted the link to the old tracking number. The day I got my reorder, my first package magically showed up with it in a separate box. The owner emailed me apologizing for the issue with my order and that they solved the issue with the logistics company. I offered to pay for the second order or mail it back and I was told dont worry about it. Besides the amazing products they have an amazing professional team that goes above and beyond. I truly believe any negative thing you might read , especially on Social media, that person is just negative trying to also give a bad name to a company for no reason. Because if they did this for me , they would do it for you! Oh and The First Limited Edition Flavor Watermelon Rock Candy has to become a regular!! Absolutely fresh and bursting with Watermelon Flavor from when you were a kid!

Sooo good!! I can’t really take caffeine, so having the caffeine free is awesome, I don’t have to drink nasty flavored juices when I crave for flavored drink! This is addicting tho so beware lol And customer service is also top tier!!

Wow!!! Amazing. Two words that sums up my experience with your teas. Day 1 of my first tea, I immediately felt more energized and my post lunch tired slump was over.

The Loaded Tea Shop cans an issue with their shipping company and they went above and beyond to correct the problem and get my teas to me ASAP. They were quick quick to respond to my email, were so polite and attentive. I cannot say enough about their customer service!! Oh! And their teas are delicious!!

My husband and I both love Loaded Tea. We drink them everyday. When our order once got delayed they reached out and let us know and reassured us our order was on the way. We hardly ever drink sodas anymore.

I kept seeing these delicious sounding beverages on my social media and it was the Coco Watermelon that finally made me take the leap. Its delicious and I feel like I'm more focused and energetic when I drink it. On the day my first order was delivered I immediately placed my second order to try more. I don't ever want to run out!

Finally tried these and absolutely love them! Wanted to find a healthier drink to quit drinking coffee and this is it! I haven’t tried done flavor yet that I haven’t liked! So glad I found these and their customer service is phenomenal! Highly recommend these!

I now get up and make a loaded tea instead of coffee they are just so good. I find myself buying in bulk because they are just so delicious. What’s great about this company is there customer service is also as good as there products! I can’t say enough things about this company! 5 star product and service

The variety of flavors, quick delivery and feeling good about drinking something that gives you energy but not the jitters are just a few things that have won me over! The drinks are so delicious, refreshing and the intensity is customizable to each persons taste… whether someone likes theirs bolder/sweeter or prefer milder/less sweet by simply adding less or more water/ice and the flavor is still great not watery. Customer service is spot on!

These are the best loaded teas!!! One pack makes me 2-3 teas. Pretty much all I drink now. They are loaded with vitamins we all need and natural . Doesn't take long to get them either once you order. I love the discounts they offer too. The owners are great people too. You can't go wrong with these teas. Definitely my go to and so much cheaper than going to the health stores for teas. Thank you guys for a great product that is affordable.
