This is obviously drop shipping from china. My iPad case cost 50€ (on sale) and is very cheap quality. Definitely not worth the price. It came in a plastic wrapper with only Chinese (mandarin?) writing on it, as well as a set of stickers for decoration. The stickers were obviously made by somebody who does not understand a single word of English, because the writing on them didn’t make any sense at all. I didn’t pay for them though, so maybe a funny gift?
I should have checked Trust Pilot before ordering there. The package took 3 weeks to deliver, without any updates about the whereabouts until 2 days before the arrival.

Horrible experience! Ordered a pair of earbuds on January 20th paid for expedited shipping and it is February 22nd and I still have not received my product…

I ordered a pair of earbuds on January 20th and paid for expedited shipping. It is now February 22nd and I still have not received my purchase. I have exchanged multiple emails with Ella who informed me that my package was in transit and must have gotten delayed. Then I was told it would be delivered at the end of last month which hasn't happened. She replied back 12 days ago that within 6 days if I hadn't received my package she would expedite another one to me in which I still haven't received a tracking or confirmation number that a new one has been sent! This has been a horrible experience with this company and I originally ordered with expedited shipping so he can be here for my daughter's birthday which has a long gone and past

It has now been over a month and we…

It has now been over a month and we still have not received our order.
The customer service just keeps telling us it's on its way, despite the tracking info status having not changed in 2 weeks.
I will change to better review once the item is received or refunded

Ear buds suck

Ear buds suck. Uncomfortable. Hard to get in and out but then they fall out. No bass poor sound quality.

Notified by my bank that the charge do this was duplicated so hold put on my account then you guys sent me an email wanting to know how I liked it and I hadn’t received it. I sent you an email and appreciated the prompt response and received the item last week but the box was damaged and put in black bag. Did the carrier report this to you? Even the box it is actually in was damaged. I don’t think the product has been damaged but this should have been fixed. Once the item is actually taken out and set up I will let you know if issue. Thanks

just don't buy from this place

It seems like their deliveries take weeks by default. When I opened the package and didn’t like the product, I tried to return it, but they charge 20% restocking fee for unopened items, and if it’s been opened, there’s a 35% restocking fee, plus you have to pay separately for the return label. You end up losing almost half, so I didn’t even bother returning it and just threw it away. There’s also no way to leave a review on their website, which makes it obvious that all those reviews are fake. Don’t trust them at all. The conclusion is: just don’t buy from this place.

I would give zero if I could

I would give zero if I could, I placed my order on the 29th. It was never received until the 16th. I even paid for expedited shipping. They ghosted me for the first week and then said it’s because the weekend and they don’t work weekends and that if it didn’t show up by the 16th, they would refund my Expedited shipping, however through that I had to send at least six emails, never an apology! Very arrogant please people read the reviews don’t waste your time. It’s just gonna be a headache. !

I feel so sad that I paid so much…

I feel so sad that I paid so much for a watch band that is so regular. I found so many cheaper versions of this band on Amazon. I wanted a band that shows class. I wanted the best band that money could by. I wasted over 200$ on this purchase.
