The return process is an absolute mess

The return process is an absolute mess. I gave two stars bc they have been very responsive and offering alternate solutions - but a massive restocking fee, and then if you do not choose one of their preferred exchanges, it just goes on an on, rather than simply abiding by a standard return process. They are not based in the US, so their return fees involve international shipping

The product is everything I expected

The product is everything I expected. The base quality is solid, and the battery life is long-lasting.

The hinge is very tight, and the iPad plate is a little on the thin side before attaching your device. I highly recommend attaching your device before attempting to raise the upper part, as this will give extra support to the screen portion.

Keyboard case

I had a small issue with my initial order but Ella was absolutely amazing in helping me out. She was patient, kind, and quick to respond. She made sure I got the correct keyboard case and it fits my iPad perfectly now. The keyboard itself is really good—responsive, smooth to type on, and the backlight is such a nice touch. It’s rare to get this kind of thoughtful customer service. I really appreciated her follow-up and the care she put into making sure everything was right. Thank you so much Ella. Highly recommend this shop.

pay that much for a keybord that fonction really bad its a shame and when I asked to be refound your answer was so cheap you are just a very bad company and I will never buy anything else from you when the client say its working bad you should refound the client

I’m genuinely happy and grateful that the company made an effort to guide me on how to return a product. They even provided me with different options to choose from, which made me realize that returning it might not be worth it due to customs and international shipping costs. That’s why I chose to accept the 20% refund option instead. Thank you again for the support and understanding.

Paid for product not received=Fraud

Ordered and PAID for product February 2025 and we are now Summer and never received product. This is FRAUD even with many attempts in writing. They refuse to provide proof

Initially service was great with regard to communication and delivery, however, once we received the iPad cover it literally fell apart after a week.
I have emailed them and had no response, but keep getting emails to review.

Tracking number was wrong …

They haven't shipped the product for 3 weeks and given one yodel tracking when reached to yodel they said the product is still waiting to be shipped to yodel by mavemail. I paid 98 pounds for the iPad case. After I wrote this in a week's time I received the key board. It is working good . I think only problem is shipping timeline
