I have been informed that the part(s) I ordered are on backorder. That is unfortunate but not your fault. It happens. But I recently looked at my credit card account and found that I was already charged the full amount on 9/27. That is not something I would have expected until the complete order is actually shipped.

WHERE IS MY ORDER!!
It’s been 11 days and my order is “awaiting shipment” when I call it goes straight to a cell voicemail, no response via email. I did receive a generic email asking if my order was received, but it hasn’t even been shipped. I’m going to have to put a dispute in with my bank to cancel this. Do not use these guys.

SCAM company!!! I purchased an item and it was never shipped. It's been 3 mos. and have not been able to contact them or have any kind of response or communication. DONT BUY FROM THEM.

No scam, Brenda, but some lead times have definitely been missed with special orders. We're really sorry it couldn't be fulfilled in the estimated time given but that lead time is out of our control as we are not the manufacturer. What is your order number and I'll have it cancelled and refunded. Really sorry you had a bad experience with us!

Got my part finally. Got a reply back when I emailed the order confirmation address. Nothing by phone or from the web page.
I didn’t find out the part was back ordered until after the sale was completed.
They took my money 23 days ago but I haven’t received my part. I have tried to contact them by phone and their form on the web site to check on my part for 3 weeks now and have not had a reply back.

James, it looks like this order has been received per UPS tracking 1Z2F49930310763419. The lead time on the part when you placed the order was 3-5 weeks. This is a board that is typically in stock but they've had some issues with supply.

I did get the item, however, it was broken, they called me back and told me they'd send me another one when they get it
