Honestly this process was so simple

Honestly this process was so simple. And these guys actually lable what needs to land where on the board which is so convenient and not stressful plus they link what board is compatible with what unit which saves massive amount of time! Can't say enough good things about these guys!!!

Scam company! Do not buy from them !

Scam company! Do not buy from them. I paid 50 dollars to have a phone tech call me back "ASAP", never got a call back. Sent multiple emails, one was returned. I reversed the fraudulent charge at my bank

It's not a fraudulent charge, Craig, it's just that this time of year we can get really busy with technical support and sometimes it does take 24-48 hours to get a tech on the phone. The service is meant to save you money but we understand at times you may need a solution much quicker than we're able to provide. For those situations, it's always best to reach out to a service center.

They kept telling us the item was back…

They kept telling us the item was back ordered- we waited 4 months! Then they tried to claim they sent it and gave a tracking # for an item delivered 2000 miles away - then they wanted us to pay the shipping and a restock fee to have them ship a new one and again said they didn’t know how long it would be as they had to reorder…what? Then they stopped answering our calls. Very frustrating and unprofessional…so 4 months and our fridge still is not working.

Don't expect any return call if you have an issue with your order .

I recently made a purchase from RV fridge guys . Upon receiving my order there were problems from the get-go . I was missing one piece of my order and another part that I ordered was superseded to a different part that did not fit . I have tried numerous occasions to contact the company and have not gotten any response through phone calls or emails , when you call the 800 number it transfers you to a cell phone that has a full mailbox with no other way of leaving a message this is quite frustrating .

I have not received my order

I have not received my order and I have left several voicemails at the number provided on the website. I am feeling like I might have been ripped off by a scam. I have also tried to creat an account to see status or tracking info unfortunately the website does not work

Never got my purchased item…..

Never got my purchased item which was a drip tray for a norcold camper refrigerator at $25.45, no email replies or phones answered. I have the emailed receipt and confirmation of my order number.

Ordered parts June 20th 2023 and was…

Ordered parts June 20th 2023 and was charged for the parts immediately. I still had not received delivery in late December, so I had requested a refund by January 5, 2024 with a 2 weeks notification if they could not deliver the parts. They charged me 6% fee to refund my money after having kept the funds for over 6 months. The stock market was up more than 10% and money markets 5% so they pulled in 11-16 % holding onto my money. Very slow on returning replies! I ordered a very common part, nothing exotic.
