final updated review of the rv fridge guys
I need to do a complete redaction of my last 2 reviews of the rv fridge guys and Brian, I believe is the owner.
After several miscommunications and not receiving my order after an expected time, I assumed I was being ripped off by a scam company.
This is NOT the case!
I have since received some photo delivery proof and have been able to track down 1 package that a neighbor took in when I wasn't home. Still missing 2 other packages but very pleased to find that Brian and the rv fridge guys did as they said and had my order delivered as was expected.
So thank you Brian, your assistance allowed me to retrieve at least 1 of the 3 packages said to have been delivered.
Full apologize to the RV Fridge Guys for my previous negative reviews

Spoke with customer and provided tracking. Packages were delivered weeks ago. Not sure where the confusion came in but glad it got sorted out, Robert.
Since getting this reply I have spoken with customer again and provided proof of delivery, pictures taken by delivery man. Three packages delivered on separate days to your doorstep. If you would like to file a claim with UPS, you're more than happy to do that but I'm glad you were able to verify with us over the phone that the picture of the package in front of your door was in fact your door. There is nothing more that we can do here but clearly stealing from our customers is not something we do and I resent the statement.
Ordered a part about a month ago
Ordered a part about a month ago. Have not heard a word about the order, whether it is backordered, shipped or just what the status is. When I look it up it just states "awaiting shipment" Have inquired twice and no response. Frustrating

Hello Brad, We have not received any emails from you asking about your order. All you need to do is go to the bottom of our website to the Check Order Status button and we respond within 24-48 hours to ALL emails. Our phone lines are very busy and for that we apologize but we guarantee email responses. Your order is on backorder and we are still waiting for it to arrive. I wish we there was more we could do for you to improve your rating but unfortunately web do not have accurate ETAs on backorder parts as the manufacture states they will be shipped out in the order they are received when available.

What I did like..... The ease of ordering and I received the parts quickly.
What I did not like is I ordered the wrong part.
What I really do not like! I have made multiple calls and asked for a call back for assistance in ordering the correct part.

My charge card was charged but my order…
My charge card was charged but my order is awaiting shipment. I was told the frig handle was in stock, but it wasn't. No estimate even of when it might ship. Very disappointed.

Scammers
After I ordered a Norcold dc power board part with a pre paid special order they list as in stock. The next few days they sent an email it was on back order. I ve 2 months with no answers. I did some research. The part doesn't exist. They held onto my money. Then when I cancelled they lied and said it was in transit the same day I cancelled and was returned. No refund was posted though. They are scammers and will take your money and not fill your order.

Exceptional customer service!
Ordered a part with expedited shipping, needed ASAP. Turns out part was not in stock. I was contacted right away and alerted so that other arrangements could be made. Refund was very quick.

Overall good experience,good website with helpful troubleshooting tips .only bad thing was the suprise that my part was not in stock and had to be special ordered.if I had known,I probably would have looked for one locally.Still,in the end I’ll be happy to have my fridge working again
