When ordered phone said it was new. When I received it seal was broken on box and phone was in a different language have tried to contact phone monkey to no avail

Very prompt service
Very prompt service. However, I bought a Samsung A21 but the booklets were in Russian I think. Have to get a new sim card, but not sure if it will work in Ireland.

Highly recommended
Highly recommended! Delighted with the service from Phone Monkey. When they didn't have the phone colour I ordered they rang and asked if I wanted a different colour. Received an email that evening to say that the phones were dispatched and received them the next day.
