The Phone Monkey Avis 

I purchased a phone as a birthday present last week and found the staff very friendly and helpful when I contacted them by phone regarding expected delivery time. The phone took a week to be delivered and unfortunately was too late for the birthday but this was due to An Post rather than the company. However, I did have to follow up myself to get access to a tracking number which I felt could have been sent on to me after my purchase was placed. Other than this I found it great value and the customer service provided was excellent.

I heard of phone monkey on today fm radio before Xmas. so I figure they were reliable. I place an order for my phone as I didn't need it till after Xmas as it was for an early birthday gift it arrived today right in time. Great service I'm very happy with my new phone.
