Beautiful Roman blinds, wonderful quality. Did need to spend some time adjusting the cords on the back to make them hang symmetrically, but I was sent detailed instructions of how to do so.

Not impressed with the customer service…
Not impressed with the customer service of this company. Placed an order that said it would be delivered within 2-4 working days…on day 5 I hadn’t received the item or even an email to say it had been shipped so I emailed them to ask about the status of my order and I’m still waiting for a response!

Lovely Wallpaper
Delivery on time, kept in touch re dispatch of goods.
The Wallpaper is amazing, feels so soft to the touch, like fabric, really pleased & the cushion cover i ordered for my bedroom is lovely, i will order more for my lounge when sorted😃

GREAT FABRIC BUT SHIPPING A LET DOWN
Fabric is lovely. Delivery delays and being told it was on its way when it hadn’t even left the factory meant I lost my slot with the upholsterer. When it did arrive package was damaged and fabric was marked and dirty on reverse side (luckily). Delivery man told me it was sitting them for a week all very confusing and inconvenient.

Beautiful fabrics and wallpapers in stunning prints and patterns. The samples are generous and give a true representation of the product. The branding is stunning as is the website, which is really informative and easy to use.

Great Sample Fabric experience
So far I have ordered some samples. The fabric is lovely and each piece includes the name and fibre content. The cotton is a good quality and the colours are lovely. The recycled polyester is also very good and not too thick like some other samples I have received.
I was delighted to find The Pure Edit and would definitely recommend that you check out their beautiful fabric.

shame about the posting time
Lovely fabrics just a shame that it took nearly a week to post the samples so they did not arrive in time for my visit with the customer I wanted to propose them to, I replaced one sample in my basket before ordering due to the estimated delay on its availability yet the others took nearly that long in the end. I will consider using in the future and opening an account but will be concerned by the speed of samples.

We apologise that your samples didn't reach you in time for your client meeting, it's disappointing to hear and is something we wish to avoid.
We do aim to process samples next day for delivery the following day. Unfortunately sometimes when demand is high, samples do take longer than usual to be dispatched.
We are in the process of launching a trade portal which will allow trade customers to check stock and order samples with ease. We are recruiting more 'hands on deck' to process our samples and orders which should alleviate the delays in processing the orders.

We ordered the Indienne fennel wallpaper a few weeks back. It arrived promptly and is even more beautiful in person than it appears online. This is our first time ordering from this company but it certainly won’t be the last!

Beautiful made to measure curtains and blind but a bit of a wait
I ordered a Roman blind and a pair of curtains from The Pure Edit in Tassa Petite Gold. The quality is excellent. The fabric is lovely and the curtains hang beautifully. I am so pleased with the way they look. Unfortunately, there was quite some delay with the order which was disappointing and caused some logistical issues so I can’t give a top review.

Fabric was not received in time
I ordered a fabric on 14th April, which was listed as available. When I did not receive it a week later, I chased up and was told it was in fact out of stock. I have no idea if anyone would have got in touch if I had not called as they didn’t seem to realise. I was suggested to order a different fabric, since I needed it urgently at this point, so I did. I had to pay the full amount again as they could not transfer my previous order over and could not refund me for several days. I was promised the new fabric would arrive on Saturday 26th April and only ordered on that account, but it did not arrive until Monday 30th. I was really disappointed and not offered any goodwill gesture.

Firstly, i'd like to thank you for taking the time to leave us a review.
I've spent some time looking into your order to understand where we went wrong.
I'd like to apologise that we were unable to fulfil your initial order. We did have enough stock on hand theoretically, however it was all in smaller pieces which could not be used for your curtains, this is a system error which we are in the process of addressing.
I understand Angela guided you through choosing an alternative fabric which you were very happy with.
By now you should have received your refund on your initial order. Refunds generally take 5 working days to appear in your bank account which sadly is out of our control.
Regarding your replacement order, we did agree to discount this order and offer free delivery which I can see was missed, so we've gone ahead and refunded you this now, you'll see that back in your bank account over the next 5 working days.
As for the delivery of your replacement order, I can see this was sent on a pre 3pm delivery which should have been with you Saturday as requested and agreed. This is an ongoing issue with our courier which is sadly something we cannot control but we have fed back our disappointment to the courier company.
On behalf of The Pure Edit, I'd like to apologise for your experience ordering with us, it's not the standard we ever wish to give to our lovely customers and for that we can simply apologise.
We'd like to thank you for choosing The Pure Edit and hope that we've been able to rectify the issue as much as possible and hope to see you again soon.
