Blood Draw
Second time using them, I need to do HIV and Hep B tests for boxing and they have been super useful for getting me an appointment beyond what they normally dispatch. Second time even more straightforward than first!

I was worried as I had some kind of infection, I ordered a Urine Analysis test kit . Very quick delivery and the results came thru in 48 hours . I would recommend the service to anyone needing any sort of sti or uti test . Very professional and organised. Paul

Great Customer Service
I had difficulty drawing blood from my fingers despite googling for tips and using 4 different fingers! I was really stressed and panicked because I thought for sure I would have to pay again for a new test as I didn't collect the amount of blood requested. I e-mailed them informing them that I had only managed 400 and asked what I should do. They told me that it might be enough for the lab to test anyway but that if it was insufficient they would send another one for free. This was an immediate relief as I have been waiting years to purchase a herpes test and couldn't really justify spending another £65 if I had to buy one. They replied very quickly also.
