Buyers Beware
For the last 2 months I have been trying to get the DVDs (Order # YRHFE) I ordered . Its been very frustrating emailing these people for help. This order started back in August, When after several weeks of patience I didn't receive my order I emailed them. They asked me to resend my address, which I did. Again I waited and still no reasonable response. I finally asked them for a tracking number or to refund my money (over 30 British pounds). Still no reasonable response. Very disappointing Customer service!
They list a contact telephone number of 555-555-5555 but that number doesn't exist. They list city/state stores with no street numbers. Today, 16 Oct 2023 I told them to refund my money or I would call the BBB,

Bought a number of dvds of rare TV Films/series and they are all been decent quality productions, some more expensive than others, but great to be able to own and watch at our leisure. Many thanks, will be ordering again.

I have bought from Thestreestore rare tv series on DVD which are not availible on more establish sites.
As long as you don,t mind a slightly inferior quality but what to watch a well remembered series than you find Thestessstore well worth a look

it has been a month since the dylan dvd was shipped and still no dvd i tried to email their help line several times and no answer or ping back message this must be a fraud and i will be reporting this online very disappointing lee

Excellent... I found an old rare tv series. Service was pretty good too. i will be buying more dvds for sure. They told me digital download is possible too which is quite interesting. Delivery was made within 3 days!

Beware!! communication not good, problem with delivery, but in the end OK
Beware. I ordered two copies of a DVD. Only one was delivered. I have had no response to my emails or message through the contact page on their website.
The order confirmation email said "We welcome you to our store anytime. If you need assistance or have any questions, please email us at sales"at"thestressstore.com. We are happy to help!"
This email address pinged back as undelivered!
The help"at"thestressstore.com quoted on their website didn't ping back, but I've had no reply.
Grrrrr
Update: I eventually had a response to my email messages 10 days later, and the second DVD did arrive in the end.
I don't think I'd use them again - their name is just too appropriate for the experience!
