I have been to the sub centre today and what an amazing shop. They have everything u can possibly need. Binders, plush, cards and sealed items. The staff are amazing and helpful. Joe and Tia are always available for help with submissions and are friendly and knowledgeable

I sent 3 fairly expensive cards off June on a 45 day turnaround with Beckett (once landing with Beckett), as of today they have been in grading for well over a month after a delay in even getting to that stage. Whilst I understand this isn't necessarily the sub centres fault for the delay, and until this point the service had been efficient enough, it's the lack of communication and response that is frustrating. It is my first time grading cards through them so it could be that I am having a bad experience with the delay times with Beckett etc but if I reach out to see if I could get an update or even just a general question as to why there is such a delay it would be useful to at least hear back and get some reassurance that this is totally normal.

I am in the process of using the consignment service, I have been communicating with Justin Wells, he is extremely professional and knowledgeable and goes out of his way to help.. The whole process from the start has been incredibly smooth and easy to understand.. All invoices have been paid in a timely manner, I am very happy with the services received and look forward to using them in the future, thanks to the whole team at The Sub Center

I have been using The Sub Center for a few years now, and have always enjoyed travelling over and visiting the Store in person, but even over the phone and online, they've been extremely helpful. The Store is amazing, always a great selection of singles and sealed, and the Staff are all super friendly and helpful - shout out to Sophie and Tia for all your help over the many many grading returns no matter how awkward I make them!!

I have been dealing with The Sub Center with my orders since Feb 25 and they are great especially Arni as her customer service goes above and beyond anything I have come across ever.

Arni responds to my emails super quickly and even has done out of hours.

I was a novice to this industry but with many a chat on the phone or email it never seems like I am asking too many questions and I would recommend Arni and the team to anyone wanting a first class service.

Hi .. ill always use the sub center. They are fantastic and reliable. I have had no issues since grading with them. If you ever feel uneasy or worried about your order for whatever reason you can speak to the team and they will help you. I personally dealt with Sophie in regards to my orders and she was brilliant throughout the process.

The only place I ever trust with my cards, have submitted probably 50 cards now over the years, and have never had an issue! Always smooth! And I rest well knowing everything is insured.

Would also give a special mention to Gareth at SubCenter for consistently going above and beyond with my requests and meeting needs. He’s my number one guy when it comes to autos! Always fast with the responses!
