Good service with tracking to be able to see where my card was in the process.

My only issue is that the card i sent for grading came back with whitening on the corners and edges that was not present when it was sent.

Not sure if this is due to how it was handled at the sub center or PSA but think i will just cut out the middleman in future so at least when my card comes back in a worse condition than it was sent I know it wasn’t the middleman

Excellent service from start to finish from Dan and the Team. Fast turn around and updates every step of the way. Honestly couldn't recommend a service more highly.

Initially, I was hesitant to send my most valuable cards to a grading service, but I decided to place my trust in Dan and the Sub Center. Plus, with their own brick-and-mortar store, I felt reassured and confident in their reliability and trust.

Since then, I’ve submitted over 100 cards and have encountered no issues. I’ve received numerous updates throughout the process and always felt confident that my cards were in safe hands.

The Sub center has been amazing, every submission I have sent has been processed professionally with clarity and great communication. The staff have been helpful and knowledgeable, Josh is a star for being able to answer the few questions I have had during submitting.

I would definitely recommend The sub center to any collectors thinking about submitting to grading companies overseas!

Brilliant service. Handed my card in at London card show in may to be sent for grading at PSA. I received it back today. I tracked my cards progress via thesubcenter website and also received email updates. Will definitely use thesubcenter again.

Been using them since it was just Dan by himself in his shed at home. Always been absolutely spot on with communication and whenever there was any issues (damage due to Royal Mail ) it was always sorted asap. Highly recommend to all my friends every time.

I’ve been using Sub Center now for a few years (was Dan’s Pokéstop).
I sent my most sentimental card in for my first submission! Which was handled perfectly, with great care and returned in same manner.
I’ve now submitted over 100 cards to date and have never had any problems.

The website is easy to navigate and Dan and co. Are really friendly and very responsive to any questions or queries to cards/orders.

I highly recommend. I won’t grade with anyone else. 100% trustworthy and great service

Just received my graded card today and I’m made up, it didn’t quite hit the 10 I was expecting but that’s not down the sub centre,

I would reccomend this shop to anyone who wants to grade their cards etc/has an interest in collectibles.

Cannot recommend. Cards were returned (eventually) but have zero trust in Dan, hence why waiting for them to be safely back with me before writing.

There was a conversation about WATA Games (Which sub center work with) and a discussion about an ongoing lawsuit. Myself (and i assume all others involved) were permanently banned from their groups and from contacting them.

It is massively well documented that WATA Games have been under investigation and sued for market manipulation, favourable self grading and collusion to sell their own graded copies at significantly higher amounts boosted by press releases / media coverage they pay for. This is objective fact and anybody reading this can easily see for themselves with a quick Google.

After looking for an alternative middleman service, it appears that Sub Center aren't the "Only" authorised UK dealer as is implied - there are others that PSA list themselves. Again, a bit shady.

Honestly cannot recommend a business happy to work with people like this, as well as those who will completely leave you in the dark due to an innocent discussion on Facebook.

Absolute sham, and a power trip from the owners to boot. I asked on the associated facebook group about using PSA or Ace Grading (Ace in the UK, which the sub center obviously don't middleman for). The question was literally just that. Almost immediately was banned for posting that.

Not the biggest issue, but then see my cards currently being dealt with by them have gone backwards with PSA and now my order number shows nothing on their site. Again, probably could be resolved by some simple comms but I then find out that I'm blocked from messaging their facebook page and have had requests denied to join the discord. Have sent an email to the shop but no response.

Absolutely would not recommend trusting your valuables with individuals who will completely cut you off at the slightest mention of other services. Complete lack of professionalism or maturity which aligns with some of the other 1 star reviews and scattered facebook posts. Do NOT be tricked into thinking they are the only official PSA grading middleman in the UK as they're not.

Been using the Sub Center for a couple years now and have had nothing but positive experiences. The team are extremely good at their job and Dan is always around to answer any questions I have, highly recommended
