I emailed after placing my order with a special location for the drop off and the chap turned up in the exact place I'd asked and called me to say he was there. He was also an absolute pleasure and happily helped my husband carry concrete fence posts into the back of our garden, all with a smile on his face. After the delivery I saw on the delivery note that someone in the office had even copied the exact what3words location I had emailed over onto the note for the driver, which seems such a simple thing but often never gets passed on. As it turns out, I had measured incorrectly and we had to go to the yard to pick up one more gravel board and I must say the staff there were fab as well. We'll be back for all our timber / fencing needs. Would highly recommend!

Hello kind sirs, would you be kind enough to train your delivery drivers to a better standard, please? Today, me and my student ( I am a driving instructor in Peterborough) had a very dangerous situation with one of your delivery lorries (Volvo KX15 NMY) which pulled out of a side road in Hampton in Peterborough just in front of us nearly causing a collision and giving us 'a finger' while nearly crushing my car (photo attached). I have this whole situation recorded on my dash cam and it will be reported to the police for dangerous driving and not giving way at the junction.

I collect all materials I buy and your lads in the yard are so good and helpful. Please pass on my thanks to them.

Excellent service throughout

Delivery came as I was going out to work. The driver placed everything where I’d asked. He was very polite and accommodating. I rang to place another order after placing an online order, Dean added it to my original order and didn’t add delivery for the second order. Will definitely use these guys again.

We had Prakash as a delivery driver. He called us several times to make sure we had a heads up on the journey . Then when he got round the corner, he gave us another call. It was so nice to have good customer service .

I called a store to enquire about a specific floor underlay. I was advised, it wasn't in stock but could be ordered. I placed an order the very same day. The order got confirmed, but the next day I got it inexplicably refunded. There was no communication about the order getting cancelled or the company reaching out. Poor service, without underlay needed for this weekend
