They stay free shipping on their site over $199. It is not until you get to the shipping and payment that they decide to tell you that excludes most orders. They also offered me a discount code and applied it themselves then at payment, removed the code and stated I wasn't eligible.

Placed order on 21st September, and paid express shipping which is around $15. After placing my order they sent me an email saying "they are experiencing high volume of orders". Which is pathetic, if I knew there will be a delay in my order I would have never paid for the express shipping. Sent them email regarding this issue, never received a reply than the automated one. Received my delivery today 3rd October. I would say GymShark is far better than TWL, as I always receive my product on time via express post as advertised.

Placed an Order 1 week ago.. states the estimated delivery would be 20th-25th Sept. Been a few days and no email about "it's packed & on its way" have sent an enquiry about the process as i also paid for express shipping. didn't tell me the progress about it just said they had a "massive sale" which is making them falling behind. funny thing is they always send out sales promos via text & email.. so very hard to believe.. can't add google review.. must have turned it off..

Wodlife products - not nice, have bought a few items over the last 2 yrs and everytime the wodlife branded products have not been what I would expect for the price. Material is cheap, and doesn't last, cut and fit of products not comfortable, seams bulky.
Other brands - appear genuine, and have meet my expectations specific to that brand.
Shipping -currrent order - ordered 8 days ago, items are still being prepared for shipping.
When I contacted customer service, the response was "Thank you for reaching out to us. We apologize for any delay you may be experiencing with your order.
As you may be aware, we recently had a massive sale and received a huge volume of orders which has caused some backlog in our warehouse. Our team is working hard to ensure all orders are packed and dispatched as quickly as possible."
Mmmmm if I was running a company or even a store and I knew I was having a massive sale I would put on extra staff or give staff extra hours to cover the demand. I do not accept this as a reasonable excuse for such a delay in packaging and shipping products.
Returns - I have done 2 returns over the last few years and what a hassle, have to pay for the return and the process is not easy.
Sorry wodlife but I will not be purchasing again from you through your website.

Absolute terrible communication. Waited way too long for my item to arrive over 2 weeks. The item was on hand at wodlife too. Just really disappointing service and online customer experience in general.

I agree with the review about the add on insurance - it’s sneaky & confusing, it takes a bit to work out how to remove this surcharge before paying, but it’s possible. Also agree with the review about the clunky, terrible website. I didn’t check about returns bc I’m so used to free returns these days. However, their returns fee costs more than the original postage. I checked their sizing guide and purchased on the small size, but what I received was too large and unusable! Returning it would mean that I’ve wasted half of my money on a poor quality item. I’d rather give it away. Additionally, the website didn’t say they had shipping delays - only after purchase they emailed me to say it would arrive whenever they could do it. Pretty poor service, waited so long, wasted my money, for a poor product I can’t even use. They also don’t differentiate their products for genders, which they should probably do in terms of sizing and fit, especially when they make it such a problem to return!

Be very careful purchasing anything from this company. They automatically add some sort of insurance charge to your order without your consent or acknowledgement and hide the charge within the total without giving a summary or charges at checkout. I contacted them to dispute the charges as quickly as possible, but the product shipped with no response, and they say they'll take 24-72 hours to respond. I'm contacting MasterCard and Shopify later today to suggest their merchant accounts be suspended. It looks bad.

The items I have bought have been fine. The customer service I can't complain about. But MY GOD, their website is awful!!! Its so clunky and often bombs out on me. Doesn't matter what browser or device I am using, there is always an issue. And it just makes the overall experience bad.

Ordering system is very easy, even for this technically challenged older bloke, and add this to the great range of exercise clothing and equipment then top it off with great value pricing. Top all that off with super quick delivery - 3 days WOD Life Adelaide facility to Brisbane. Easy as.

Purchased an item 5 days ago. Still no tracking or dispatch information so I have requested a refund. I’ll buy elsewhere. Other stores gave me free shipping for that product but WOD charged me $30.

I just hope they process my refund urgently as I need this item to help with pain so if they do that I’ll increase the rating as I need the item urgently.

As I promised I updated my rating to 5 stars because the refund came through lightning fast so I was able to purchase the item elsewhere due to chronic pain. So thanks Maddy. I just couldn’t wait much longer but I’m sure they would have delivered and I gave them 5 stars and recommend them. I don’t like email support but it is what it is.

Absolutely fuming at the dodgy marketing tactics of adding additional products to my cart automatically which have managed to slip through to my final order. I will update the review if my complaint is managed well and if i am refunded appropriately

Ordered Reebok nano X2 shoes, Brave shorts and TWL socks. All great quality with accurate sizing and 5 days delivery from order placement. No complaints

Overpriced products, extremely slow processing and postage times. Customer service was atrocious with “Maddy” appearing quite rude and condescending. Won’t recommend this business to anyone nor will I support them in the future. Tried to rectify the issue prior to leaving reviews but “Maddy” made it quite clear they are not interested in feedback or willing to rectify any issues.

Pretty disappointed, I pre ordered some shoes months ago only to be told (after waiting past the expected date and contacting them multiple times) I wouldn’t be receiving them as they didn’t have enough stock. I said I was happy to wait until next year for the next order whenever that’s may be, as I really just wanted the shoes and wasn’t fussed about the money. They straight up said no, it’s a credit or refund. One would think the company filling orders already paid for would be the right thing to do but I guess not.

I can’t speak highly enough of the products and service from The WODLIFE! Over and above their quality of products, their service is second to none! In particular the service I received from Oliver “Ollie” was INCREDI-BALL! Communication from Ollie was brilliant he was always on the “ball” with my emails, always responding same day, WODLIFE are very lucky to have such a dedicated helpful staff member. I can highly recommend dealing with and purchasing from The WODLIFE!

Customer service is awful. Contacted about swapping a shoe purchase for another pair of the same brand and price due to selecting the wrong one accidentally as womens were listed with mens. I made contact 6 minutes after placing my order on a Sunday and before it had even been picked and shipped and was told that it couldn’t be done and I would have to return the item to them myself once received.

I received dusty old hat, there is item missing and this is the second order they gave me wrong size. Cassie McCartney the customer service manager is rude and liar.

I have ordered through The WOD Life a few times. The latest time being yesterday. My order arrived today. I usually order shoes. This time I ordered 3 pairs. Because of issues I have with my feet it is really important for me to have good shoes. Every pair I have ordered from The WOD Life has been great. I'll continue to order through them again because I know I'll get a great product quickly.

Ordered a skipping rope and it was sent from Adelaide and it arrived at my doorstep 2 days later. Very happy with the shipping time, considering every other online store are heavily delayed.
