I have been a Thorntons customer since moving into my house in Beatty Park 10 years ago. Over the decade, our family has grown, and I now have two children (aged 7 and 3). The crew who collect the... Voir plus

Thorntons recycling must be the worst…
Thorntons recycling must be the worst refuse collectors in Dublin. The positive reviews seen here are absolutely baffling. They constantly forget to collect my brown bin and my green bin. When you eventually get through on the phone , which can take over 10 mins , you are promised a return call which may or may not happen. Leaving a voice mail or emailing them is a complete waste of time.
All this from a company that prides itself on customer satisfaction. I would not recommend them.

I thought they were excellent
I thought they were excellent. Could book a delivery date and collection date on line. Had longer than the standard 3 days and was competitive on price. Could not have been too much better.
