Excellent Service
Many companies are great when you are buying but, Thos Baker was great when something was wrong. One of the Adirondak Chairs I purchased had an issue. I called Thos Baker and immediately, they rectified the problem. Excellent customer service, follow up and attention to my concerns. Thank you!!

Steamer chairs
We purchased 4 chairs and cushions. We love the chairs. We wish the cushions attached to the top of the chairs. There are loops on the cushions but no means to attach to the chair.

Informative catalog, very cool premium products

My firepit is way cool
My firepit really adds something to my backyard. I have two chairs and a little table in front of it, and it is truly a cozy place (even in Southern California).

Outdoor furniture covers
I love the quality of the items I order from Thomas Baker. THIS time I received a BIG surprise. We had ordered, last fall, several covers for our outdoor furniture and accessories. We measured and attempted to order the correct sizes. When we received the fire pit cover, it was just too small because our fire pit is vertically taller than the standard fire pits for which the covers were made. Instead of Thosbaker sending me a return label and asking me to package it up and return it to them, they simply refunded the cost of the cover and asked me to gift it or donate it. Amazing customer service! Do you think I'll order from them again? You be'cha!

So glad I found Thomas Baker
I needed new covers for our grill and a set of 6 chairs. We leave them out for the winter under our covered patio. Some winter's here in northern Nevada are pretty brutal. I was very impressed with the quality of the material, the design and the extras; having the covers secured to the the items by attaching straps to the legs and casters and the vents. I am very happy and I will always browse through their catalog. Really a classy place!
