Ethan - Three Southend

I recently visited the Three store in Southend and was served by Ethan, who provided an outstanding 10/10 customer service experience.

I had been considering leaving Three for a few months due to previous poor customer service from the call centres and ongoing signal issues. Ethan took the time to listen, understand my concerns, and explain that Vodafone and Three are joining together to help provide a better signal and improved service going forward.

After our conversation, Ethan helped upgrade me to a new phone and made the whole process simple and stress-free. He also reassured me that if I have any issues in the future, I can come back into the store and they will help sort it.

Ethan completely changed my view of Three and gave me confidence to stay. Excellent service, very professional, and genuinely helpful. Highly recommend speaking to Ethan at the Southend store.
