The ticket from lhr to bom with hand…
The ticket from lhr to bom with hand luggage was 421 and with2pc was 442. When I paid for 2 pc they send me email confirmation with only hand luggage but charged with 2 pcs ticket. When called they said to pay more or pay for cancellation has they can't do anything and have to pay. It was a online ticket so there can't be confusion . And need to honor what you show online. I even complained by email which I have not even received acknowledgement

We are sorry to hear that there was confusion with regards to the baggage cost. As mentioned by our agent Andrew in his email of 26DEC25, the price with just hand baggage was £ 442.79 and with 2 two pieces of baggage it was £ 462.79, which is why we needed to collect an additional £ 20.00 from you.

Tickets to India allows me to choose flight times and dates that suit me
Tickets to India allows me to select the best time of travel and price for me, especially if using the option of flexible departure and arrival dates, which brings up a much greater range of available flight times.

I keep on getting emails that my flight…
I keep on getting emails that my flight is rescheduled but for when and why this is not mentioned, I keep on sending emails back asking them to contact me on my India number but no one bothered finally went on website and had WhatsApp chat and asked the agent to call me back on my india number his name is Mr Pratish he was an arrogant prick I can say he needs to find another job he compares me buying IPhone from a deal and from Apple is same as me buying tickets to India or buying directly from airlines. The second agent I spoke again on WhatsApp his name is Ranju I don’t know it’s male or female they provided me best service and changed my ticket even it’s a different date. I hope tickets to India read my response and ask Mr.Pratish to find a new job for a new start in the new year and learn more about customer service. And appreciate Ranju for her excellent customer service.

We are sorry to hear that Qatar Airways made a schedule change on your booking and that you were unhappy with the way that this was handled.
With regards to your conversation with Pratish, the analogy he was using was intended to show that as an agent (rather than as the airline itself) we are limited in that we can only pass on the information and offer alternatives as per the availability at the time. As you will appreciate, the airline are at liberty to do whatever they like in this respect and can even give a refund or provide a new flight on another carrier if they choose.
We are nonetheless pleased to hear that you were happy with the way that this was ultimately dealt with by Ranju and we wish you a safe and enjoyable return trip in the new year.
