Ordered via web site some oak square edged skirting, later informed that the held stock was not fit for purpose. My contact Mark was very helpful & friendly, he responded by arranging a new mill run, the wood was then delivered with a week. The wood came well wrapped and when opened I found the quality was fantastic. Would highly recommend Timber2u and would use again if required

Unfortunately my items were out of stock and I was not advised,after about 2 weeks I called and I was advised they were out of stock and delivery would be around another 2 weeks. The items were delivered on the advised date but the delay did impact on progressing my works. The product was fine.

I ordered some cedar and was really happy, price was much better than local timber yard and quality was just as promised. Also had a small issue with wrong size tin for protective oil, the guys responded to my email immediately and sent a replacement the next day. Fabulous service from initial contact to delivery. Right from the get go requesting samples the response was beyond helpful and really efficient. The delivery of west red cedar cladding arrived first thing this morning. A beautiful product that I can’t wait to fit , it’ll look amazing. Just wanted to say thanks to all concerned , particularly Mark who dealt with the order and updated the progress and special thanks to the couriers who on an absolute stinker of a day dropped the timber straight into the garage to save it from the monsoon rains .
